4 Star Condo in Silver Mill
We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities, and building amenities and quality.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY:****(4 STARS) This condo is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings. The oversized master bedroom is spacious and features a new queen size pillowtop mattress & boxspring that was purchased in Summer of 2009, cable TV with DVD player, and plenty of extra space to spread out. The full kitchen comes equipped with all of the essentials to cook a meal including pots, pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. You will also find a crockpot, blender, toaster and coffee maker in the kitchen. The living room has a newer Broyhill sleeper sofa and chair, gas fireplace, and TV with DVD/VHS player, so you can relax comfortably after a day of activities in Keystone. The dining room table with comfortably seat 4 people, and the full bathroom comes with an initial supply of toilet paper, trial sized shampoo, soap, and a generous supply of towels for your use during your stay. In the bedroom closet, you will find a pack-n-play and stroller for families traveling with young children that were purchased new in the Summer of 2009. You will also find extra pillows and blankets, sheets for the sleeper sofa, humidifiers, a fan, and safe to secure your important documents and items. Free Wi-Fi is included with this unit, so don't pay $4.95 an hour or $9.95 per day extra when you stay in other condos.
VIEWS ***(3 STARS) This condo looks away from River Run Village with mountain views in the distance, so you will have quiet enjoyment when you stay here.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES *****(5 STARS) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks.
If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. In 2008, a new high-speed, 8 person gondola was constructed to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) After a long, active day, you can enjoy the many amenities that Silver Mill has to offer. The beautiful recreation room has a pool table, sitting area, and TV. Soak your tired muscles in the large 16 person hot tub, or one of the two 8 person hot tubs. Then enjoy the sauna located inside the building near the hot tubs. Silver Mill guests can also enjoy the heated pool with spectacular views of the ski slopes at a neighboring building. You can park your car in the heated parking garage under the building and store your skis and/or snowboards in the ski lockers on the 1st floor. If you don't wish to carry your skis and/or snowboards back to the building you can use the VIP ski check that is available near the gondola for a small daily fee.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.
FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

- Silver Mill features 2, 16 person hot tubs & 1, 8 person hot tub. There is a recreation room with a pool table, game tables, and sitting area with TV. Silver Mill also shares a year-round heated pool, 2 additional hot tubs, and sauna with Dakota Lodge. It shares 2 more hot tubs & large recreation room with two pool tables in Buffalo Lodge next door.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Silver Mill
River Run Village is the newest area of Keystone and festivals and events are just steps away from Silver Mill. It is walking distance (100 yards) to the new, high-speed gondola, and the building has free heated parking under the building. When I am staying here, I don't have to drive anywhere. Everything I need is just a short walk from the condo.

If you find a comparable condo that is priced lower than ours, upon verification, we will beat the deal you found by $5 per night. To be fair, we must make an apples to apples comparison. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: flexible check-in and out times, you don't have to check-in anywhere because we mail you your keycards, parking pass, and detailed driving directions before you leave home, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also only minutes from the resort if you need assistance during your stay.
