TRANSPORTATION: Are you taking THE SHUTTLE to get to and from Keystone. We have the ABSOLUTE best deal. $50 one way for 1 to 3 adults ($40 for kids under 12). The price goes down with larger groups. Compared to the big outfit, their rate is $81 per person. Also our shuttle is the same size as the big boys but ours are configured to seat 15 instead of 17. That means 15% more room for you and your stuff.
NEW SPRING 2011: New high quality down pillows and soft new blankets. Silverware, pots, pans, dishes, glassware and other kitchen items have been restocked. Upgraded soft fitted micro-fiber sheets on beds.
3 Star Condo in Silver Mill
Silver Mill now has a brand new exercise facility accessible to Silver Mill only. The facility is located on the parking level to the left and behind the elevators. It features a number of state-of-the-art machines, equipment, mirrors, and high-def flat-panel televisions on the Dish Network. The floor covering is also very suitable and designed for yoga and floor-related exercises.
Sleeps up to 5 with a high quality air mattresses. Please request in advance.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY:****(4 STARS) This condo is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings. The oversized master bedroom is spacious and features a new queen size pillow top mattress & box spring that was purchased in the summer of 2009, HD cable TV with DVD player, and plenty of extra space to spread out. The full kitchen comes equipped with all of the essentials to cook a meal including pots, pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. You will also find a crockpot, blender, toaster, and coffee maker in the kitchen. The living room has a newer Broyhill sleeper sofa and chair, gas fireplace, and TV with DVD/VHS player, so you can relax comfortably after a day of activities in Keystone. The dining room table with comfortably seat 4 people, and the full bathroom comes with an initial supply of toilet paper, trial sized shampoo, soap, and a generous supply of towels for your use during your stay. You will also find extra pillows and blankets, sheets for the sleeper sofa, humidifiers, a fan, and safe to secure your important documents and items. Free wireless internet is included.
VIEWS ***(4 STARS) This condo looks away from River Run Village with mountain views in the distance, so you will have quiet enjoyment when you stay here. If you desire a quiet getaway, then this is the condo for you.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES *****(5 STARS) Silver Mill is conveniently located in the heart of River Run Village. It is just steps from restaurants, ski rental shops, specialty shops, and Starbucks.
If you are traveling with young children, the Keystone Children's Center is located on the ground floor of Silver Mill. In 2008, a new high-speed, 8 person gondola was constructed to move passengers up the mountain 40% faster. Silver Mill is now even closer than before. Walk 100 yards out of the building, and you will be there.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES *****(5 Stars) After a long, active day, you can enjoy the many amenities that Silver Mill has to offer. The beautiful remodeled recreation room has a pool table, sitting area, and TV. Soak your tired muscles in the large 16 person hot tub, or one of the two 8 person hot tubs. Then enjoy the sauna located inside the building near the hot tubs. Silver Mill guests can also enjoy the heated pool with spectacular views of the ski slopes at a neighboring building. You can park your car in the heated parking garage under the building and store your skis and/or snowboards in the ski lockers on the first floor. If you don't wish to carry your skis and/or snowboards back to the building, you can use the VIP ski check that is available near the gondola for a small daily fee.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tours, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snowmobiling, Horseback riding and much more. Why the Owner Chose River Run, Silver Mill
River Run Village is the newest area of Keystone and festivals and events are just steps away from Silver Mill. It is walking distance (100 yards) to the new, high-speed gondola, and the building has free heated parking under the building. When I am staying here, I don't have to drive anywhere. Everything I need is just a short walk from the condo.
