This custom home is completely enclosed by a block wall and can only be entered through the driveways remote/panel controlled electronic gate or front walkway gate. As you enter the private property, you will find the main outdoor entertainment area. There is a built in BBQ with covered seating. A sparkling saltwater pool and spa with many features, a gazebo with a lounge bed, and lots of areas to relax. There is also a gas Fire & Ice firepit for those late nights.
Upon entering the home you will find we have keyless entry. You can set your own code for your convenience and safety. Inside, the great room is open and large with a wet bar that seats four and a gas Fire & Ice fireplace. There is a huge couch with two reclining seats and a place for drinks. It can seat 6 comfortably and also turns into a hide a bed if needed. The HD Flatscreen is the largest of its kind and comes with an amazing picture. There is a PS2 Station, DVD player, earth rattling sound system and a library of videos, games, and movies.
Moving into the kitchen there are four chairs at the kitchen counter for casual eating, or a formal dining room that seats 8. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook a feast or bbq. The appliances are Viking, and everything else is top of the line. We even keep a stocked pantry with canned goods, dry foods, spices, coffee, paper towels, etc. We have juicers, an espresso machine, lobster pot and more unusual cookware. There is a safety gate between the kitchen and living area in case you have pets or kids you want to keep in or out of the kitchen area.
This custom home has four large bedrooms, all with their own complete bathrooms. Additionally, we have a powder room off the living area. The Master bedroom is fit for a king and queen. There is a king sized canopy bed with the Tempurpedic pillowtop mattress. There is a large HD 52 inch Flatscreen with DVD player that sits above a gas Fire & Ice fireplace all built in and surrounded by bookshelves. There are french doors that lead out to the pool & firepit. In the Master bath, a jacuzzi tub can easily fit two. There are his and her sides opposite each other as well as a vanity area. A bidet for the European in you, and a separate shower area with multiple shower heads for multi spray action, or choose the rain bath instead. There is also a walk in closet.
The second bedroom is also equipped as an office and has a very comfortable queen size bed. There is a 42 inch Hd Flatscreen that is mounted on the wall above the office area and a
large bathroom and counterpace.
The 3rd BR is the child's room. There is a bunk bed that sleeps two on the bottom, one up top, as well as a separate crib. There is plenty of room to play and a bathtub in the bathroom. There is also access to the side yard which is separated from the pool area if they need a place to run around safely. There is a safety gate attached to the door as well in case you need to put the little ones in a safe area for awhile.
The 4th BR is the Casita which is a private bedroom with it's own private entrance and is poolside. The room is large and equipped with a queen sized bed and furniture, a chess table, 42 inch HD Flatscreen, and a mini fridge for drinks.
Last but not least, the game room / workout room / air conditioned garage. We have turned this area into a desirable place to hang out and be loud if wanted. There is a 42 inch HD Flatscreen with surround sound, top quality treadmill, free weights, yoga mats, exercise balls, Adidas step bench, and reclining bench. For games, there is the Double Daytona 500, Pop a Shot basketball game, Monopoly pinball, shuffleboard, poker table, touchmaster, air hockey, pool table, ping pong, and darts. Outside is a horseshoe pit and canopy swing. There is also a fridge for drinks. There is also room to park two SUV's in the garage when its not being used.

We bought this home for our family. It is everything we have ever wanted in a home. It is also close to major shopping, and Old Town La Quinta. I personally love being surrounded by the mountains and all of the hiking trails around the Cove. Another perk is that there is a small park almost directly behind our home and my boys love that!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Besides the amazing outdoor entertainment we have, the 3 car garage has been converted into a partial workout area and game room. We have games you can only find in an arcade. Inside, every room is a master suite so nobody has to share bathrooms, and there are TVs everywhere, 7 to be exact! We also have kids beds and a crib. Since our home is lived in by us, there is nothing you won't find, and everything in our home is top of the line quality including the mattresses, cookware, appliances etc!
