The unit is adjacent to 1 of 2 POOLS and JACUZZI SPAS. There are 2 TENNIS COURTS in the complex with easy access. Take a leisurely stroll to the tropical pool with a waterfall feature. Use our ice chests, beach bags, chairs, boogie boards, swim noodles and snorkel gear. Enjoy spectacular beaches and soft white sand within walking distance. Keawakapu Beach is one of our family favorites within walking distance as well as a great running beach. Excellent snorkeling nearby. Enjoy upscale shopping and restaurants at The Shops at Wailea or many of the local stores in Kihei.
Close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and world class beaches. Walk or drive to all. Very clean and contemporary. We take pride in our condo and hope you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do.

From the lanai you have a peak ocean view and As you step off the lanai you have a partial ocean view looking through coconut palms and trees. Our unit is classified as a Garden View. You pay for a garden view unit and get the ocean view as a bonus.
- Mountain View: Enjoy the West Maui mountain view from lanai and peek ocean view. Sip a cup of coffee and savor a cinnamon bun as you watch the sun hit the top of the West Maui mountain.

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
After 15 years on Maui, we've had ample time to explore all the island has to offer. We chose the Maui Kamaole condos for its central LOCATION. South Maui (Kihei) is family friendly and exhibits a sense of community. Fabulous beaches and snorkeling abound. We've had our eye on the Maui Kamaole condos for many years. It's a low rise, low density, luxury condominium complex which borders upscale Wailea. The landscaping is lush and tropical. We enjoy outdoor living and great views from our lanai. Our condo gives us the feeling of a Wailea property. Half the units are vacation rentals, the other half are owner occupied or second homes. Pride of ownership shows in this complex.

My husband decided to treat us to a trip to Maui, and of course he does everything last minute. So we found your wonderful condo, through our travel agent, and I must admit, I was worried what we were going to be spending our vacation in! Not only was I surprised, how convenient it was, but how wonderful, you have decorated your home away from home. I loved the palm tree accessories, all the mirrors in the right spots. I loved the comfort of the patio furniture. The master bed, I wish I could fit it in my suitcase... so huge and comfy! Better than ours at home. I loved it all here at B115. You have done an incredible job with updating your unit, especially love the pictures, furnishings and cool tropical dishes. Loved the close proximity to the pool & bbq area; both which we used extensively. Spent every minute at the beach, a short walk away and afternoon and evenings exploring all over Maui. The Hana trip, while an exhausting drive for one day was beautiful. Quicksilver snorkeling adventure to Molokini & Turtle Island was great. Atlantis submarine trip cool, but short for price and didn't see much. Great meal at Nick's Fishmarket at Fairmont Kea Lani and Humuhumu... at Grand Wailea. Marriott luau was fun as well. This was our first trip to Maui for our daughter's wedding on Kamaole Beach III. It was a beautiful setting. the wedding guests (45) attended the luau at the Renaissance Beach Resort. the food and entertainment were wonderful. Most of the guests stayed at the Maui Kamaole and really enjoyed it. We rented the kitchen area around the pool for an after wedding ceremony drink and snack. The kids loved the pool. We've had a great time here -- gone to the beach every day, Molokini, Lahaina, Twin Falls & the Garden of Eden on the Hana coast. It's been very relaxing to stay here. Your condo was a pleasant surprise; as we'd thrown this trip together hastily and didn't know quite what to expect. This trip to Maui was special for us in that we now have a 1 1/2 year old, who made herself right at home & delighted in toddling from bedroom to the lanai doors and back, carrying her favorite stuffed friends. The furnishings here are tasteful and the whole whole place is amazingly baby-safe, which helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. Trips to the beach, Molokini, the Aquarium, little restaurants, & Haleakala as a family all made the week special. We understand your new as the owner of B115 and we thank you for sharing it with us.
