We have taken great pride in decorating, maintaining, and stocking our 2 Bedroom (Den), 2 Bath Condo at the Maui Kamaole. The Den Floorplan offers a roomy 1039 sq.ft. of interior living space with an additional 375 outside on the Lanai and Private Enclosed Courtyard - for a TOTAL OF 1414 SQ.FT. We purchased this condo new in May 2001 and have continually worked at maintaining our A+ Rating. The Maui Kamaole is a beautiful property with very lush grounds, and we have continued this feel inside with the bright tropical decor. F104 is located in the newest building, close to the onsite Tennis Courts and Tropical Swimming Pool & Spa.
The Master Bedroom has a Very Comfortable Queen Bed, Huge Ensuite, His/Hers Closets, Electronic Safe, TV, DVD, A/C, Ceiling Fan and fantastic view of the Enclosed Private Courtyard. The 2nd Bedroom has the option of being made up as 1 KING BED or 2 TWIN BEDS. There is another Ceiling Fan, and A/C unit for this bedroom. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper c/w Foam Topper for addition comfort. Our condo comfortably accommodates 4 Adults and 2 Children, and is a rare 2 Bedroom ADA "Accessible" condo, all on the Ground Floor. This floorplan is great for Seniors and families, but has everything required for a business trip (wi-fi & free long distance), as well it is a fantastic location for a honeymoon.
We enjoy the convenience of condo living, and keep the kitchen very well supplied for cooking, BBQing, entertaining, or just a relaxing drink. We are always updating or adding new towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies as needed. Our condo has beach chairs & mats, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, tennis racquets, sand toys, board games, and a small library with a variety of books - all for your enjoyment.
Maui Kamaole is in the heart of all Maui has to offer! Great location for all Water Activities, World Class Golf, Tennis, Shopping and Fine Dining are all close by. Kihei & Wailea are known as the "Sunny South Shore" and have fantastic weather.

- Air Conditioning : A/C unit and ceiling fan in each Bedroom as well as the living room. We have just installed a Screen Door, so that you can take advantage of the Maui Trade Winds if you prefer.
- Linens Provided : We continue to supply new towels and bedding. Each bed has 2 full sets of bedding, c/w 100% cotton Luxury Sheets. The towels are lush and bright. Large beach and pool towels as well as beach mats are supplied for your enjoyment.
- Washer : Private, full sized, front loading washer and dryer set Side by side - not stacked.

- Off Street Parking : Our designated parking stall is right out side of our door, and is very well lit at night. There is ample guest parking near our condo.

- King Bed : Our 2nd Bedroom (Den) has the option of being 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. We have a bridge kit that joins the beds. These beds are very good quality and very comfortable.
- Queen Bed : We have a plush Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom.
- Twin/Single Bed (2) : The 2nd Bedroom can be made up as either 1 King Bed or 2 very comfortable Twin Beds.
- Convertible Bed : We have a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room c/w foam topper. This bed comfortably sleeps 2 people.

- Shared Hot Tub (2) : There are 2 Hot Tub/Pool Areas. The closest at the Tropical Pool has a gravel base to massage your feet!

- Shared Pool (2) : Maui Kamaole has 2 pool and spa areas. Both are beautiful, we are very close to the Tropical Pool with lush vegetation c/w water fall.

- Full Kitchen : We enjoy cooking, and have taken great care in stocking our kitchen with everything that you will need. There is an abundance of glass and acrylic ware for your use and entertaining needs. It comes complete with Blender, Coffee Maker and Bean Grinder, Cork Screw, Wine and Margarita Glasses, as well as basic seasonings.
- Cooking Utensils Provided : Complete set of pots and pans, pizza pans, cookie sheets, caserole dishes and generous supply of cutlery, BBQ Tools, and cooking utensils.
- Refrigerator : New large refrigerator with bottom freezer c/w ice machine. Purchased Dec. 2009
- Dishwasher : STARTER PACKAGE UPON ARRIVAL of Dishwasher detergent, soap , sponge, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, laundry soap and toilet paper.
- Microwave : We have 2 microwaves - one is set on the counter to make it more accessible.

- Catering Available : We can recommend catering or a private chef if you are interested at an additional fee.
- Outdoor Features
- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill (4) : Each cluster of condos, as well as each pool area, has its own BBQ area c/w gas grill. These are cleaned every day. The BBQ area c/w kitchen (at the pool) can be reserved for group use.
- Deck/Patio : Private Enclosed Courtyard off the Master bedroom. As well as Large Peaceful Lanai off the living room that is surrounded by vegetation with a small glimpse of the ocean.
- Lanai : Ground level lanai c/w lounge chair, table, and 5 swivel rocking chairs. This area is very comfortable for dining, & relaxing. It is frequented by many birds that love to be fed.
- View/Location
- Ocean View : Our condo is in the newest building on the property, and has a lush garden view with small glimpse of the ocean. We can view the fantastic Maui Sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine.

Our condo is one of the rare ADA Units at the Maui Kamaole (Accessible) c/w wide hallways and doors, and our parking stall is very close outside the door. It is also one of the few 2 BEdroom (Den) units on the property, and is fantastic for families with great access to the grounds and no stairs.

- No Pets Allowed : Service dogs may be allowed with permission.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : Our condo is one of the few Accessible 2 Bedroom Condos in Maui. We have wide hallways & doors, shower stall, 2nd microwave, and parking close to the door. Level, groundfloor access to the front or back of the condo.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : We have one of the few ADA Accessible Condos at the Maui Kamaole with wide hallways and doors, large bathrooms, shower stall, 2nd microwave, and level access to the lanai and entrance. No stairs. It is very rare to find an ADA condo with 2 bedrooms.
- Kid Friendly : We purchased this condo with our own Children in mind. It's fantastic to be able to run out on the grounds - no stairs, and Mom and Dad are right there. The 2nd bedroom can be made up as 2 beds or 1 king bed. We are very close to the Lush Tropical Pool c/w hot tub and water fall. We are also close to the Tennis Courts, and have racquets for your use. We have included Beach Chairs, Beach Towels & Mats, Coolers, Umbrellas, Sand Toys, some games and books. Maui Kamaole is in an excellent family location. It's between two great family beaches - Keawakapu and Kamaole III, and close to dining, shopping and recreation.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : 21 years of age with valid id and credit card. We allow 4 adults maximum or 4 Adults and 2 children.

- Whale watching during the months of December through late April. Tidal pools depending on tide activity close by. We enjoy diving, snorkelling, bike riding, walking, kayaking, fine dining and relaxing! The Bike Ride from Haleakala is great, everyone should see at least one Luau, Blue Water Rafting into the lava flows, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, etc. It's all close by! We can pass on lots of info. to help with your bookings.

We had travelled to some of the Carribean, US, Costa Rica,and to most of the Hawaiian Islands. We soon discovered that Maui is "No Ka Oi" - THE BEST! We had occasionally been disappointed with the accomodations at rental properties, and started looking for a property of our own. We fell in love with the Maui Kamaole when it was being built, and started to make plans to purchase. Our children were young, and we jumped at the opportunity to own a 2 bedroom on the ground floor. Maui Kamaole is a beautiful property, and we enjoy the open feel because of the low density design. Kihei is a very family freindly environment, and you feel relaxed, safe and welcome. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We often meet with family and friends while on vacation, and it's great to have the ground floor units. (Friends can commute between the lanais, and not have to run up stairs or around the back of the building to enter.) It was a real bonus when our children were younger. Also, with the two lanais, you can usually find either sun or shade, while outside during the day. If you want to have a little more room for yourself, you can go to the courtyard to read a book or relax, while the family is out on the lanai. We are able to help arrange another condo close to ours for groups travelling together, and would be glad to offer info on activities that you may be interested in.

George and I have 2 boys, and live in Lloydminster, AB. We had our first trip to Maui when our boys were very young, and we've been back many times since. We have really enjoyed the time that we have spent on vacation in Maui, and take part in a lot of activities while there. We love the walk on Keawakapu Beach, Spending time at Makena Big Beach, Kayaking, Snorkelling, we have done the bike ride from the Crater Twice, and have gone Hiking through the rain forest, and blue water rafting, helicopter tours, etc. Our new passion is Diving, and Maui is a fantastic spot to Dive. Sometimes we even relax and read a book! We always leave Maui with a list of things to do next time, and that's a great way to have it!
