This is a property for people who want to get away from the buzz, feel themselves, be with nature. The villa sits on 2.25 acres of land with only one house nearby. You often will not see any one on the beach for days, with only an occasional boat going by. There's almost always a cool breeze, you are 100 feet from the waters edge, and you are surrounded by lush green.
The house has two bedrooms, with two king beds. There is also the option of a 2nd bed in one bedroom as a kids bed. In addition, the living room sofa pulls out and can sleep 2, for a total possibility of 7 people in the apartment. Includes a jeep for your use.
The villa is on the main kiteboarding beach of Provo with great winds, warm waters, shallow and safe. A great place to learn kiteboarding, or if you're already a kiteboarder, you'll love the variety of waters available here. We are ideally setup for kiting with compressed air on the beach (no hand pumping!), two self launch/landing pads so you can easily kite on your own, and a large sandy setup area.

Why the Owner Chose Long Bay
We were looking for a quiet, natural environment, close to nature and the sea, away from the buzz of city, road and people. This location fit that description perfectly. There is only one house nearby, no sounds except the wind and sea, and an almost continual cool breeze.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment in 3 Unit House
This location is for people who want to get away and come back to themselves, to feel nature. The apartment is in a villa that contains three units only. Each unit is separate from the others, so you have the feeling of being alone. You are on the beach, just 100 feet from the waters edge. The ocean here is warm (83+), shallow and gentle. Good for small kids. Yet the wind is often strong enough for great kiteboarding. This beach is the main beach used for kiteboarding on the island, and we've set up the property for kiteboarding, with self launch and landing, and compressed air.
