Our brand new 3200 square foot beachfront home with 1-car garage is located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach on one of the few private streets left on the island. The turquoise waters and white powdery sand are right outside the front door! A true paradise!
The large gourmet kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, ice maker, wine refrigerator, trash compactor, microwave) compliment the open entertainment area with dining room and great room. Outstanding views of Seven Mile Beach from kitchen, great room and dining room. Service for 12 including barware and stemware.
All 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) have private bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's with HDTV. Outdoor access from the master bedroom.
The outdoor patio has a teak table with umbrella that seats 10, 2 chaise lounge chairs with cushions and pillows and 2 Adirondack chairs. Enjoy an outdoor shower on the patio while returning from a beach walk!
Enjoy the beach with our (6) beach chairs that allow you to place your feet in the Caribbean while taking in the sun and enjoying a Cayman iced tea. Or, enjoy the beach and the breeze closer to the water in our 6 lightweight recliners!
If you need to catch up on your work, the 2nd floor office with wet bar provides a quiet environment. Or, with access to the balcony and wireless internet, do your work from the balcony and enjoy the spectacular view! There are 5 cordless handsets with intercom system from handset to handset.
The upstairs balcony is the perfect place for happy hour and hors d'oeuvres and to take in the beautiful Caribbean sunset! The large, overstuffed furniture and ceiling fans provide a relaxing end to a beautiful day on seven mile beach.
