  A MARVELOUS time was had by all during our stay in this spacious, well appointed condo with gorgeous views of the ocean from all rooms. Watching the sunrise from the huge balcony with plenty of seating was a delight and the afternoon shaded balconies offered a chance for more relaxation. The beach umbrella & chairs awaited our arrival each morning on this stretch of clean, sandy beach with friendly, courteous lifeguards on duty. The décor is lovely, all beds were comfortable, appliances worked well, and it was especially nice having a washer and dryer available. The floor plan was great for our family, offering privacy and a full bath for each bedroom. Owners are great to work with and do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. Staff at Maisons-sur-Me were always friendly and accommodating. Particularly convenient was the availability of large carts near the elevator for ease in arrival & checkout. We would absolutely return here for more “Fun-In-Sun” vacations in the future.

  I treated my family to a royal vacation in the Penthouse Suite in the Maisons-sur-Mer at Myrtle Beach, S,C in July. I was amazed at the spacious condo, complete with an abundance of amenities to assure us of the comforts of home for such an affordable cost. The decor more than surpassed the photos I viewed on line. We found the view of the ocean to be inspiring in the mornings and tranquil at night. To stay on the 24th floor and gaze the beach for miles & miles was absolutely breathtaking. We found the location to be centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go and close to anything we needed. My family and I highly recommend this condo to anyone who desires a stress-free and pleasurable vacation at Myrtle Beach. We are looking forward to another stay.

  The POSITIVE: This unit is spacious with 3 bedrooms in a wonderful building with good amenities and in a wonderful location. The price was VERY reasonable. The NEGATIVE: Upon arrival, the A/C was not working and it was in the 80's in the unit. The A/C was finally repaired hours after we arrived. With the exception of the refrigerator, the stove, microwave and dishwasher appeared to be the original appliances in much need of replacement. Kitchen utensils, pots & pans and dishes, especially glasses, were minimal; kitchen linens were non-existent. This unit is attached to another unit, separated by an interior door. Someone in the adjoining unit was a heavy smoker and so the smoke permeated the cracks around the door. We sealed the door using painter's tape in order to stop the strong smell of cigarettes. Cleanliness of the unit was average, at best; furnishings were outdated.

  Owner response: This unit has since been updated. New appliances, new A/C, new linens, new TV's and a new cleaning service. Also, any issues that were brought to our attention were dealt with ASAP. As stated by the guest themselves the A/C was repaired with hours and has since been replaced to prevent this from happening again. It has als0 been stressed there is no smoking allowed in any of the units. We strive on making sure the guest fully enjoy their stay.

  What a great place.The owners were most helpful, the description were accurate regarding appearance and amenities . Beautiful ocean views from every room, great beds ,big rooms,well stocked for cooking a real pleasure to rent.Four new flat tvs, great wifi , ever thing you could ask for is here.As for Maisons-Sur-Mer it is the most up scale condo I have ever seen in Myrtle beach SC. Everyone one is friendly and helpful. The public rooms are super deluxe, again what a pleasure it is to be here for the month.
