This 3 Bedroom unit is directly overlooking the blue water and sugar white sand. It is a penthouse unit, located in Tower III at Edgewater, with terrific views of the pools, including the lagoon pool.
This particular condo has not been updated with granite countertops, etc, but it is a nice condo for an economical stay at the beach.

There is truly not a better view available in Panama City Beach. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening.
The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment armoire contains an oversize flat screen TV that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access dozens of channels, or if you like, surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters.
The MASTER BEDROOM features king sized bed and private bath. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM is located up stairs and has a queen bed. This bedroom also has cable TV. THIS BEDROOM IS LOCATED DIRECTLY OVERLOOKING THE WATER. It leads out to the largest balcony in Panama City Beach. It is large enough for the whole family and then some to enjoy an evening meal and sunset.
The open KITCHEN area looks out over the water and features plenty of counter top space with cabinets and appliances. My family had a very enjoyable stay here! My husband, myself, and two small children (ages 6 and 4 yrs old) had everything we needed with plenty of room. We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The condo actually looked bigger than the pictures when we got there.The pools were very nice too! The property was well maintained and very clean. There were several restaurants and activities nearby within a few minutes drive and S-Montegi Bay was right next door. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to others. Hopefully, we will be able to return before the end of the summer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our stay at Edgewater Beach Resort was THE BEST! The 3 bedroom unit was so plush and clean - very comfortable. Great spacious balcony! The view was amazing - day and night - we loved the moon reflecting on the gulf. The pool area with the Ocean`s restaraunt is very spacious and provided lots of lounges, delicious food. We loved that there were so many places we could walk to, especially to breakfast at the "Broken Egg". Everyone was friendly and helpful - we can't wait to go again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented this condo for Christmas getaway and my bothers family joined us in here. What a lovely condo!!! Located in very top, kinda 2 stories. Have separate bedroom and bathroom in 2nd floor. Huge BALCONY!!! Amazing view and we had a wonderfull family time. Kitchen is fully equipped. Everything we needed to cook out christmas dinner.Very clean room, comfy beds and nice couches in living room. We have made a lot of pictures and memories. Thank you for making our saty so warm and welcomed!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
