Historic houses, museums, outdoor concerts within two miles, Plymouth Plantation and town of Plymouth a short distance of fifteen miles. Boston or Providence is sixty miles with access by public transportation. Fishing from the house is outstanding with expert guides, equipment and boat services available.

The house has easy access from Sagamore Bridge and is extremely convenient for travel to Boston or Providence. It has outstanding views, privacy and proximity to Town Neck Beach, the marina, canal, and bike paths. Access by water to the salt marsh, channel and boardwalk makes recreation a pleasure. The town is within a mile and is the oldest on the Cape, with the most museums, excellent restaurants and all shopping needs while maintaining historic, scenic architecture and fresh water ponds. Child friendly environment with world class fishing/boating.
