We stayed here for several weeks after we sold our home and were waiting to move into the new home. It was so nice to have a solid home base during this stressful time and John was very responsive and easy to work with. The house itself is great! (very clean, nicely laid out, etc.). It was perfect for us and our two dogs, and was big enough to comfortably accommodate 8 people when we had family in town for one of the weekends. The location is fabulous. It's within very easy walking distance of a number of shops and restaurants, and there is a trail that goes through Golden right out the back door that we would use every day for runs or for taking the dogs for a walk. I would definitely recommend this house!

We've stayed at the "Brewmaster House" three times and have never been disappointed. The owner is great to work with and the house is very clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. We highly recommend this house and look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I travel several times a year and always rent a house through VRBO. We like space where we can relax after an exhausting day of sightseeing. This house did not disappoint. When we first drove up to the property, we noticed the unique brickwork on the house. There was a fenced yard with plenty of parking for guests. We enjoyed sitting outside beneath the patio each evening to check our email messages and discuss the events of the day. Even though there were only two of us, this house can easily accommodate 8 people. We did no cooking; however the kitchen was equipped if we had wanted to prepare a meal. There was a special surprise as well--three resident rabbits who provided much enjoyment. The owner was quick to answer questions we had upon arrival. Our best day trips were to Rocky Mountain National Park and Colorado Springs. The ride to Pike's Peak on the cog railway was awesome. We even found our way to Black Hawk to play a little Blackjack. There is something for everyone in Colorado!

What a wonderful house, in a great location. Clean, warm and equipped with everything we needed to have an outstanding family Christmas in Colorado. Great views, large yard, walking distance to downtown golden, parks, and nicely equipped. Excellent communication from the owners, who even took the effort to decorate the house for Christmas before we arrived! Many thanks for a great stay guys!

We had a great time staying here. Very comfortable and cozy. We liked the idea of walking to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner - and the trails. It felt like a home away from home. Look forward to staying here again next time we are in Colorado.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful, spotless, well appointed home. It was perfect for our little family reunion and CU Denver graduation celebration. You have thought of everything. It made our stay totally relaxing and comfortable. The location is perfect. Golden is delightful and someday we would love to return.

Our second stay was as good as the first. Both the house and the location are fantastic! We enjoyed the trails along Clear Creek and North and South Table Mountain. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place.

We stayed here the first week of November for a wedding and had a great time in Golden. The property is just as described and the location, with easy access to Clear Creek, can't be beat. The family enjoyed playing in the yard, walking along the creek, and strolling into town. If was even an easy walk to the brewery tour. The house was clean and well equiped, and it had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved staying in this darling & cozy, very well appointed vacation home. Our stay here was perfect & so comfortable. It was the best location for visiting our Colorado School of Mines Oredigger son, making a CSU college visit with daughter, taking in a Rams game. Cooking dinner here with all ten of us was so fun!! This house is a great place for a family - much better than a hotel. I particularly loved the sunlight & views from the house with all the blinds open - can't wait to sit out on the back patio & front porch.

This was a great place to relax, have babies and pups play in a wonderful back yard, take walks, and visit with family. We made use of all the amenities - getting prepared for the wedding gatherings, and parties! The large downstairs bathroom is the best. The house is so charming, and CLEAN!!!! We will recommend it to family and friends for future use. Golden is a great place!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was perfect for us - we even had a yoga room! The vicinity to downtown was great and so lucky that we were here for the Arts Festival. Boulder was a fabulous day trip. Chautauqua Park for hiking!

Thanks again for renting your great house to us in Golden, we really enjoyed it. It really is a great spot. Our dog, Denali, loved to sit in the grass outside under the tree, and especially loved the river right out the back door. We bought some cheap rafts and walked up the river to do a couple floats down on Monday - it was awesome!
