Being close to the beach, you’ll be able to enjoy great surfing, biking, sailing and incredible sunsets. If you are here for work, there is a major freeway a short distance away. From there you will be able to get to downtown Los Angeles in just 25 minutes (traffic permitting of course).

I have lived here in peace and total enjoyment for 10 years. As a beach lover, this location is fabulous, and as one who also likes lots of activities and entertainment option Santa Monica is tops! It it is a pleasure to have others enjoy this lovely location when I am away.
