Spring Break 2012 in Triple 1's at BSV

This was out 6th annual trip to Beachside Villas in Seagrove, FL and third year in our favorite unit #111. We've stayed in two other units and been inside many of the others and frankly this is one of the best. We've noticed improvements during each of our stays and it's clear the owners treat their condo like a home rather than just a rental. The proximity of the all the condos in relation to one of the pools or the beach is ideal but we've also enjoyed being a little of the beaten path in building one. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable, the kitchen well appointed with all the necessities and the condo was very clean upon our arrival. New this year were a pair of king size adirondack chairs on the porch that provided for a great view of the ocean and dunes and were an ideal spot for relaxation and reading.

Such a great place that we tried to book it yet again! The location in proximity to the beach is fantastic! We have two small children and the condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The unit itself is in pristine condition, updated kitchen, and overall very comfortable. My kids (as well us my husband and I) enjoyed having updated flat screen tv's in both bedrooms. The complex itself was clean, quiet, and very nice. You walk to the other end of the building and cross over to the tennis courts, and community pool and clubhouse, or walk out onto the patio and watch the sunset over the dune,s, you could not ask for a better spot in the complex. Such a great place, and the owner was a pleasure to work with, with excellent communication. We will definitely be back and if it was not booked for July 4th we would have stayed again soon! Thank you for our beach vacation, my 6 year old was ecstatic! We will definitely be back!

We had a WONDERFUL time at Beachside Villas! The decor was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking our coffee and visiting with our grandchildren. Beachside Villas was very family oriented. We found a lot of really good restaurants in the area and the Publix at Watercolor was a short drive away. The unit is also conveniently near the swimming pool. We definitely hope to vacation at Unit 111 again!

Summer Fun June 18-23, 2011

Our stay was wonderful! From the beginning, it's great pullling your car right up to the door to unload. No stairs or elevators. The couches and beds are very comfortable. Big, flat screen TV's in every room! The setting is off the beaten path, so no noisy roads. It's so peaceful next to the lake and ocean. The walk to the beach is so short and the boardwalk over the dunes is flat & short also. Even though the condo was not directly on the beach, we found it easier to get to the beach than with high-rise condos that have slow elevators and long boardwalks with lots of stairs. The owners were awesome to work with (quick answers to questions and very accessible by providing multiple ways to get in touch with them). We highly recommend a trip here!

We had a wonderful time at Seagrove Beach! This unit was equipped with everything we needed! After having a big day, whether at the beach, lake, pool, biking, or kayaking, it was so nice to come back to this unit and relax. Great location near the beach and Eastern Lake! I loved the ocean and beach decorations... made our whole experience perfect! Our young children loved the place! It went by too quickly! I highly recommend staying at this unit. We hope to come back and stay in this unit again in the near future!

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful time in the condo. It was very well kept with the things you like in your own home, all seemingly brand new. The blender made a mean pina colada too! The beach was in very short walking walking distance with a shower to wash away the sand before heading home. It was also really nice to have a pool so close so that when the kids got tired of the waves and the salt water, you could retreat to the comfy lounge chairs and chlorinated pool! I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone.

This was our 5th Spring Break at Seagrove Beach. Our second year in condo 111. We love it. The condo is prefect, well-maintained, great location and the best decorated condo at Beachside Villa! I would not change a thing. My three children (11, 9 and 8) look forward to this vacation every year.

A very special getaway

We rented this condo in October, 2010. The weather was perfect, sunny but not too hot. The accomodations in the condo were outstanding. You could see that the owner had invested in significant updating of the unit. The cabinets were new. The countertops were a marble tpe material, new and beautiful. The furniture in the living area and bedrooms was new as well. A flat screen TV in her living area worked perfectly, and we enjoyed it. My wife said this was a most "user friendly" condo. We walked to the beach (less than 5 minmutes). We biked.We stopped at coffee shops and small eating establishments and really enjoyued the entire experience. We will try to rent this same unit in the future.

Beachside Villa 246101

This property is off the beaten path and provides an uncrowded and quieter way to enjoy the beach yet still very close to the activites, shops, and restaurants of Seaside, Seagrove, and Rosemary Beach. Unit has been updated in tasteful colors and decor. One bath has a large stand up shower. Granite counters in kitchen are very nice. Beds are comfortable and the A/C works well! And the beach is much less crowded than most places!

Great Beach Trip

My husband, 2 children (ages 4 and 11), and I spent a week at this condo and had a wonderful, restful vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed having only a short distance to walk to get to the beach and to the pool. We had breakfast on the porch each morning and it was very peaceful. I also enjoyed fixing meals for my family in the newly remodeled kitchen. The kids enjoyed sitting at the bar and talking to me while I cooked.

The vacation was perfect, the weather was great and the condo looks wonderful. This was our fourth year at Beachside Villas and the best. I would recommend your condo to anyone. We did not want to leave.
