The luxury waterfront villa is located in the private, gated community of Indigo Reef with free ice, fish cleaning stations, fitness center, and large, heated luxury pool area. Walk or boat to shopping, spa and great restaurants.
Fully equipped, modern granite and stainless steel kitchen with eat-in bar; dining area seats 8, and living room with plasma TV, opens to front covered porch overlooking your boat and Florida Bay. Master bedroom suite with king-sized bed, large bath with shower and separate tub, double vanity, plasma TV, dvd player, coffee bar with small refrigerator and it opens to your private deck overlooking marina and Florida Bay. Two other bedrooms open to private decks; one with queen bed and one with two twin beds, both with TVs. Washer and dryer with tankless hot water system provides endless hot water. Roll-away bed available.

Several seafood markets are nearby if you choose to cook in.
Grocery shopping, pharmacies, spas, liquor stores (even Walgreens sells liquor...and for great prices) very conveniently located to our villa.

This is our families second time renting at Indigo Reef in the past three years. Everything is being maintained as it was when they were still trying to sell units. There were many more boaters this time but everyone is so friendly. The unit was perfect. Bed linens in master bedroom (sheets) need to be replaced, they are pilling, but everything else was perfect. They no longer have gas grills outdoors so you need to purchase charcoal and lighter fluid when you shop. This is a little piece of heaven!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.
