Our summer house is on a quiet street .8 mile from the ocean and town. The house is on a 3/4 acre lot with large landscaped grassy areas with trees, shrubs and flowers. The back yard has a large sandbox and play house which children love to play in.
The in ground heated pool is enclosed by a fence with self-locking gates. The large great room is air conditioned, has a wet bar, cable TV, DVD, and stereo speakers to outside deck by the pool. The front of the house has a farmer's porch, the back has a large deck and there is a deck on the upper level of the house.
