Everything you need is included in our price. Murphy bed and pull-out sofa will sleep up to 4 people. Fully furnished kitchen to cook or microwave take-out with the money you saved renting from us.
It's our little piece of paradise and you can enjoy it when we can't be there. Stroll over to our private beach and enjoy the sand and sun. Time it just right and you can see the dolphins feeding.
Snack bar and restrooms on the beach. Five pools, 2 are heated, 3 hot tubs, 6 tennis courts, 3 lighted, free golf on our 9 hole course, horseshoes and shuffleboard. Boat docks on a first come bases.
There is a 4 star restaurant located on the property and of course it is a gated community for your piece of mind. We are located on the first floor and you can park right in front. You will be right in the middle of all the fun things Destin has to offer.
In this day and time everyone deserves a break. We want to give you one by pricing our condo very affordable. Don't let this year go by without enjoying the sunrises and sunsets on the beautiful white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Relax, recharge take home memories to last a lifetime!!

My husband & I just came back from Destin, it is a wonderful place to stay, will be going again. This condo is great,nice & clean ,very quite, would recomend people to use this condo.The owner is very nice & easy to work with,pictures are what you get,easy to get around & a short walk to the beach.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

If you can deal with a small place, this one is a great value. Sandpiper is a nice community, and this condo is clean and has what you need (but no internet). Owner was easy to work with, and the lady who manages the property was very helpful. If we don't need much room, we would definitely rent this one again. Tub/shower was slightly challenging to get into, so I wouldn't recommend it for the elderly, but overall, a clean pleasant studio that is easy on the wallet.
