This is our spacious and gracious 7 bedroom Orlando vacation home, located in the perfect spot on the exclusive Terra Verde Resort. Less than 5 miles from Disney in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant and spacious home away from home is perfect for large family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.
We have a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with sumptuous sofas, soft furnishings and lamps, a 50-inch LCD screen cable TV and DVD player - so you can watch your favorite movies while on vacation (there are plenty of video stores nearby). If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables with lamps.
If you need to surf the web during your stay, we have provided high speed wireless internet access in the home.
If you want to spend your days soaking in that Florida sunshine?...then you've picked the perfect spot! When you want to relax, soak away tension in the crystal-clear waters of the private pool, or simply lay back on one of the comfy loungers or reclining chairs, or sit for a family al-fresco meal together as you look out over the blue waters of the lake to the rear.
The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Sleeping accommodation are as exclusive and luxurious as you could want, with two separate master bedroom suites that each provides spacious comfort – one upstairs, and the other off the pool deck downstairs.
Each master has a sleep-soft king-size bed, HD TV's, DVD players, dresser and nightstands with lamp and clock/radio/alarms and closet space. Each of these master bedrooms also provides a master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet. 2 further bedrooms each offer sumptuous sleeping with a queen-size bed, one queen room includes a HD TV, both rooms include nightstand and lamp, a dresser and closet space, plus an adjacent bathroom with vanity basins and mirrors, toilet and bath/shower.
Each of the remaining 3 bedrooms offers the perfect night-time dreams for the children, or the young at heart. All of these bedrooms provide 2 twin beds, night stands with lamps, dressers, closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms.
The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai...or simply step out in the evening and sip at your long, cool drink.

Why the Owner Chose Terra Verde Resort
Kissimmee is a fantastic spot to vacation! Aside from the fact you're only 5 miles up the road from the numerous Disney Parks, there's also SeaWorld & Universal (and their accompanying water parks), and many, many other attractions from manatees to alligators. World class golf courses. Fine dining. A quick drive to either coast, so you can visit the Kennedy Space Center on the east, or Tampa Bay and it's assortment of attractions on the west.

My home is located in Terra Verde, a private, gated community located within easy reach of the US 192 corridor and within 15 minutes of Disney, Seaworld, Universal Studios and all the other Orlando Theme Park attractions. It's just south of US 192 down N. Poinciana Blvd, just a bit past Oren Brown Rd. You'll find it as you come up to a big rock on your left with "Terra Verde" engraved in it.
This is a great community. Aside from the fact my home has a pool and a game room, the clubhouse at Terra Verde (free for all guests) contains all sorts of other great values, including:

Pictured are myself, my lovely wife Lora, my dapper son Derek, and my wonderful daughter Sydney. We live in a Northwest suburb of Chicago, and took our first family vacation to Disney World in December, 2007. It was AMAZING. So much so that we returned for Sydney's 9th birthday the following May. And guess what? Still AMAZING. I hadn't been to Disney World since I was a little kid, on family vacations with my grandparents. Going back as an adult, and sharing in the experiences with my own children was wonderful for us all. So, in November of 2008, knowing we wanted to go back because there was so much more we still hadn't done, and wanting to be able to share our experiences with others, we bought our OWN place...
