We have a wonderful 3 bedroom (2 queens, twin bed), 2 1/4 bath, townhouse in Edmonds. Sq ft: 1,600. It is only available on a monthly basis. This is Great option for Corporate Housing accommodations, people in transition, or for anyone needing a CLEAN & CONVENIENTLY LOCATED FULLY FURNISHED temporary housing. Our home is beautifully furnished throughout, including a stocked kitchen, linens, queen beds, and comfortable furniture in the living room. Two car garage. All utilities (except phone), TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi are included.
The townhouse is located in a wonderful area just blocks from the heart of Edmonds, yet on a very quiet street. You will be only steps away from Edmonds restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and a short walk to the water and ferry.
Edmonds is located North of Seattle. 25 minutes to downtown Seattle with it's amazing opportunities. It is an easy commute to Everett, Boeing factory and engineering buildings. Our home is just a short stroll to all that Edmonds has to offer: waterfront parks, boutique shopping, many varied restaurants, and outstanding views. Summertime in Edmonds offers an outdoor Saturday market, great shopping and eating.
The beautiful marina and several Puget Sound waterfront parks all have amazing views of Puget sound. You will be close to the groceries, banks, schools, libraries and fitness centers. Non automobile transportation included the Bus or Sounder train to get to downtown Seattle, SeaTac airport, the Mariner's and Seahawk's Stadiums.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing seaside town while visiting Seattle, or you would like a home base for exploring the Olympic Peninsula or day trips to the San Juan islands, or you are seeking a car-free vacation by ferry and train, Edmonds is a perfect location.
Edmonds offers diving and one the area's finest underwater parks., kayaking, and some great Salmon fishing July - October Charter boats. Hiking in the Cascades or the Olympics is an hour or so away.
