Looking to the right you can see the beach and palm trees and sunsets from the unit. Take advantage of the large, very clean pool, hot tub, gas BBQ on site or take the beach chairs down to the beach for a great day in the sand! You will love the little town of Carpinteria, with its wonderful restaurants, wine bars, candy/ice cream store, coffee shops, antique shops, used book store, etc. Park your car and walk anywhere in every direction...1 mile+ of incredibly sandy beach, the seal colony, bird marsh, the bluffs, "old and new" town, the train station, walk barefoot to see the most beautiful sunsets....

We are from Seattle -our children attended Westmont College in SB, and loved it so much, they stayed. We absolutely loved Carpinteria, so when this condo came on the market, we jumped quickly. SB is close enough to visit and take care of grandchildren, but being so close to this beautfiul beach, being able to walk everywhere, walking barefoot to the beach for picnics and sunsets cannot be beat. Our children come to stay because they feel like they are on vacation!

I wanted to take the time to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your condo in Carpinteria. It was perfect for my husband and I and what a great location! The hot tub in the complex was great to soak in after a day at the beach. The bed was comfy and the decor was so relaxing and tastefully done. We sat on the deck each evening and watched the sunset. We had a great time. Thanks again.
