Darling condo that is like new. It is ground floor and the beach is just steps away. Relax at the pool which is just a short distance or continue a little further to the beach.
Fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, enjoy the evening breeze from the patio while relaxing. This condo is perfect if you have children - no elevator to trudge up and down with all of your beach gear. The beach is just a short walk away - walk down the winding walkway lined with beautiful palm trees to the beach.
Leave your cares at home because this is truly a relaxing condo and you just can't beat the easy access to the beach or the two swimming pools that are beautifully landscaped and front the Gulf. There's also an indoor heated pool, with exercise facility, and steam/sauna room. Getting supplies, food or beverages out to the beach is a breeze from this ground-floor condo. Drive right up to the rear entrance to unload luggage and supplies - and just down the beach highway is all the shopping you need. Beach stores are walking distance.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside Beach & Racquet Club
Orange Beach is a treasure. It is only three hours from my home and I like the fact that it is not overcrowded like the high-rise condos in Florida. The people in Alabama are great, so friendly and the beach in Orange Beach is fabulous.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
My unit is ground floor and both the master bedroom and living room are wall-to-wall glass and sliding doors. These are like French sliding doors so the condo opens up to a huge courtyard that in many respects is private while at the same time accommodates people moving to and from the beach. It is fun and relaxing and it's just great to be there. It was totally replaced after Hurricane Ivan so it is pretty much brand new inside.

We spent June 4-11 in this condo and loved it. We had 3 children with us (ages 15, 15 and 8) so the ground floor unit worked out great. It was close enough to the pool for convenience, but far enough away where noise didn't bother you, and going to the beach was alot easier with no elevator. The condo was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meal in. Seaside's location is very convenient to grocery stores, souvenir shops and restaurants. The complex has 1 very big outdoor pool and another smaller one, along with a small indoor pool. The security at Seaside does a great job of patroling the parking lot and keeping non-visitors out. They were friendly and helpful, which allowed us to let our children have a little more freedom in the complex. Dianne was great to work with and we look forward to our next trip to Orange Beach and hopefully staying in her unit! I would highly recommend it, especially if you have children.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a nice condo and we had a fun time. Very comfortable. It is ground floor which is great. The sliding glass doors open to a grassy yard where kids can run and throw a ball. A few more steps to the pool. Then a few more to the beach. No waiting on elevators. The only issue I had was it appeared to have not been cleaned after the last visitors, so I did it myself. The owner confirms it was just an unfortunate fluke and she refunded the cleaning fee. She was great to work with in all aspects. This trip gave us the bug to buy our own place. If not, we will definitely consider this property again. I would also recommend it to friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
