This place is as good as advertised. It is furnished very nicely, with a modern style. Much better than a typical rental unit. 2 pools are close by and the entire complex is great, including the best fitness center I have ever seen at a Palm Desert resort. The owner was very easy to work with. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

This condo is amazing! It was immaculate and spacious; the kitchen is beautiful and well supplied. Having a laundry room was a huge bonus since we practically lived in the swimming pools and were able to wash our towels every day. We will definitely be back!

David, Sandy and I wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo in Palm Desert. We throughly enjoyed our vacation. The view of the golf course and surrounding hills out the patio door was spectacular. Every morning the sun would come up a gorgeous pink color and the days were wonderfully warm. A true vacation. The condo itself was decorated lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and everything anyone would ever need. This was my first experience with VRBO and this owner. EXCELLENT, all the ways round. The owner is quick to respond and delivers a property that is exactly as featured. The condo was CLEAN, kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware, and the property grounds were well manicured. The condo itself has been meticulously maintained, great AC, and had some extra touches (ie: tiled patio) that gave it a boost above the rest. If you are deciding between a vacation rental and a hotel, the condo rental is definitely the bang for the buck. We took a look-see at the JW Marriott and Marriott Villas--it was a zoo. We were so thankful that we were staying here! Thankyou David, and we will be back next year!

01/15/2007 This is a very nice unit. We have stayed at Desert Falls before and this unit is by far the best we've been at. Very clean and spacious. Rooms are larger and nice to have the den with TV. 04/17/2004 What a great Condo, very plush carpeting, great decor, fully equipped, bed in Master was very comfortable, very quiet and close to the pool. Excellent TV with surround, lots of room, beautiful master bath and highly recommend this Condo
