This was our fifth visit to Sun Valley and our second to this property. We enjoyed this home so much during ski season earlier this year that, even before we left, we booked it for a week during August. Once again, Rodrigo had the thermostat set to our preferred temperature, had everything organized as if it was our home, and promptly responded to every question, every need, even sacrificing himself so we could comfortably attend the last Philharmonic concert of the season. We can't say enough about the pleasure we get from coming back to Sun Valley - whether it's Winter, Spring or Summer. This home is the perfect place to start and finish every day - and Rodrigo is the premier trusted adviser and resource to make sure everything comes together.

Great Place to Stay in Sun Valley

We loved the Townhouse in Elkhorn. The townhouse was nicely decorated and very spacious. It had everything that we needed. The living room opened up to a nice patio deck w/a BBQ and a nice sitting area outside over looking the golf course and ski lift. The location was great right across the street from the General Store, Pool and Tennis Courts. You can hit the bike path or take the free buses that run right outside the front door. There were bikes to use and plenty of space in the garage to store our bikes while we were there. Very convenient to just leave in the garage during our stay. We also biked to the other pool but the one across from the townhouse is just as good and it was a great place to take the kids after a long bike ride to cool off. The Master Bed room was very nice and spacious and the kids room across the hall had 2 queen bunk beds. Then there is another nice bedroom downstairs. It was perfect for 2 families with kids. The kids enjoyed the selections of toys, games and videos that they had there to use. Rodrigo who takes care of the rental was great. He was very friendly and let us know about all the great places to eat and things to do during our stay. We will definately stay here again as it was just a really nice place and very conveniently located. Had everything we needed and more.

Outstanding Property, First class service

We were extremely pleased with our choice for accommodations Sun Valley. The unit had a luxurious feel, was very well-maintained, and had great natural lighting. The large master bedroom and bathroom suite including a deep jacuzzi tub were especially appreciated. The kitchen was awesome! The inviting fireplace begs you to sit down and enjoy your favorite Pinot noir. The kids enjoyed making a snowman in the back yard, and we found plenty of sledding and skiing nearby. Rodrigo was very helpful in offering assistance prior to and during our trip - it felt like having a personal concierge. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Sun Valley!

We've been coming to Sun Valley for several years... this year Rodrigo got us to switch into this Elkhorn Village townhouse. It has a beautiful layout, very comfortable and luxurious; great kitchen/family room combination with bright mountain views in every direction. The kitchen is well-outfitted with utensils and equipment, and very inviting to cook in. Grill just outside is convenient. The master bedroom and one kids room (the one with two double bunk beds) are on the main floor; the third bedroom, with queen size bed and its own bathroom is downstairs on garage level. Rodrigo is super accommodating and helpful - he even asked us to what temperature we wanted the home heated to upon our arrival. All of his descriptions of the property beforehand were, if anything, understated. We would take his guidance on anything in the future.

Beautiful Elkhorn Village Townhouse

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well furnished and well stocked Elkhorn Village Townhouse. This townhouse sits on the backside of Dollar Mountain with beautiful views of the mountain and golf course. Skiing at Sun Valley was terrific. To top it off, Rodrigo, the property manager, is without a doubt the most attentive and wonderful property manager we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. All in all a wonderful vacation in a beautiful location. We will be back.

Dream Vacation Town House

The town house was perfect in every way. It is nicely furnished and well maintained, you can tell that is is well loved. The kitchen was not only beautiful but fun to cook in. The appliances are top of the line and it was a kitchen that a serious cook could be very creative. We enjoyed some restaurant meals, one of which was the Roundhouse where we had a fabulous experience. Also, Chiro's has become a favorite place to enjoy a glass of wine and appetizers or it has wonderful pizza or many other delicious entrees and nightly specials. We visited in winter and enjoyed miles and miles of cross country skiing. Summer would also be a fun time to visit and take in the wonderful hiking trails and also biking and fishing. The location was wonderful. We found it very quiet, not so much car and foot traffic and it was easy to get around with public transportation. The owner was most helpful in making our stay a pleasant experience. As much as I like animals I appreciated the fact that no pets were allowed. The only bad part is that the trip ended too soon. WE hope to make it an annual event.

We loved this home! It was perfect! We enjoyed the beautiful view, the location was great, and the home was gorgeous and so comfortable. We enjoyed using the snowshoes and hiking up Dollar mountain. The owner is very helpful .....he even had Christmas music playing when we arrived. It was perfect!

When you rent the Elkhorn Spring Golf Lode, you will have your own home telephone number, address to receive packages, it feels the you own the place for that period! We try to give a high level assistance to our renters, including concierge services: travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, flowers, grocery list, river raft trip, concert tickets, etc. Come and enjoy this exquisite experience at the Elkhorn Springs Golf Lodge!
