The house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-du-sac.
It sits behind a pond off the back of the par 3, 3rd hole on the Castillo Golf course. The patio is partially covered providing plenty of space to lounge in the sun, or stay sheltered in the shade.
Although situated close to the 3rd green, the property is far enough back that errant golf balls are never an issue. The patio has a table with 4 chairs and can seat 6 - 8 comfortably for meals.
The master bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, has a patio that is ideal for early morning coffee, reading a favorite book, and watching the golf course come alive. The master has a queen bed, sitting area, large walk-in closet, and large bathroom.
The bedrooms on the main floor have a queen bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The tap water is filtered and drinkable.
Weekly maid service and a Gardner to take care of the yard and flowers.

We chose to buy this specific property because of it's location on the golf course and proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We chose Mazatlan for all of the activities and history it has to offer. From the miles and miles of beautiful beaches, to the Spanish colonial architecture in old town, Mazatlan has provided years of fun in the sun.
The Unique Benefits of this House
It's a 10 minute walk through the golf course to the beach. The grocery store is within walking distance and it is very easy to grab a pulmonia (open air taxi) at the front gate to get anywhere in town. The pond on the property is filled with bird life. From the cormorants diving for fish, to the Night Herons, Great Blue Herons, and Egrets patiently waiting for their next meal to swim by.
