The holiday house "La Torre" is nestled in the mountains in a town called Cerreto di Spoleto less than 30 km from Spoleto providing total tranquility with the convenience of having easy access to a number of nearby towns. This 19th Century town house has been recently restored, in a way that allowed to preserve its original architectural charm, characterized by a sober elegance, however providing all the modern amenities one could possibly expect.
It is made up of a large entrance hall and a spacious dinning room equipped for dinners among numerous friends. On the ground floor off of the entrance lies a large terrace with spectacular views of "Lo Stiglio" Mountain.
The first floor consists of a sitting room with terrace with a beautiful view over the valley and its private garden.
Bedrooms are located on the two other floors with two double bedrooms and a mansard with a double bed which can eventually host a third bed. The house can easily accommodate 7 persons and has 3 bathrooms (one on each floor) with shower. The wide garden is well-equipped. The house offers also an independent heating system and television.
