Due to a cancellation our Condo is available for the months of Jul,Aug & Sept2011
The rental is $700 per week and $1900 to $220 per Month. Monthly rentals preferred
Daily or less than 1 week rentals are not considered.
A refundable $300 damage deposit is required.
There is a $100 cleaning fee.
Optional nonrefundable activity fee .. $160.
This is an adult 55+ community.(One adult needs to be 55+)
We are happy to show the unit when it is not rented.

"My wife and I enjoyed a stay here for the month of October last year and it was a truly an enjoyable experience. Everything about it was as excellent as advertised. His wife is an excellant interior decorator and we really really enjoyed the interior decor and furniture. The day and night view from the condo and balcony is amazing. Any minor issues were quickly fixed and all deposits were refunded. The weather did not co-operate fully but we still had a great vacation - so I would highly recommend a stay here."
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

What a pleasant suprise to open the door of this condo and feel so welcome! We felt so warm and fortunate to be here for the entire month. The view is increddible, the furnishings unbelievable, we will definitely try and do it again, but for a longer period of time. Much thanks to the owners
