Minimum age is 25 years old to rent our Treasure Island condominium. The renter must occupy the condo during the rental period. We do not permit sublets.

Our weekly prices include the cost of cleaning after departure and all taxes. There is a $20 on-site registration fee, but no other costs to renters.

Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park. The resort opened in August, 2005, and everything is now ready for your stay. The 120 foot long heated pool is open with deck chairs and gazebos, the fitness room with Gulf view is ready, and the sugar white sandy beaches await.
Our condo is fully furnished with contemporary style furniture, bedding and electronics. There is a 52 inch projection TV in the Great Room, and free password protected wireless Internet access available for your laptop.
Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators. It has nine (9) foot ceilings, and is decorated in the contemporary style with high quality furnishings and appointments. Rent directly from us and save!
Our Treasure Island condo accommodates up to six (6) guests. It has two bedrooms and a built in bunk bed area, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a thirty (30) foot long by nine (9) foot wide Gulf front balcony.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, and there are built in twin bunks off the dining area. The great room has sliding glass doors with access to the Gulf front balcony.
Treasure Island is a family friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted anytime either inside or on the balcony of our condo.

Hurricane Refunds: Pro rated refunds given for any nights missed due to early departure or late arrival because of severe tropical storms.

We rent weeks Saturday to Saturday. A $300 deposit by major credit card will hold your reservation with the total rental cost due 30 days before your arrival. We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.

I have stayed in many condos, but this one has the rest of them beat. The unit was well decorated and had plenty of room. The owner was (Chris) was great to work with. He even called to make sure that everything was ok. I will stay at this unit again!

Chris and Grace are the nicest people to deal with. Rental process was easy. The condo was flawless. From our balcony I saw the best sunset's in the gulf that I have ever seen. Ocean comes up close to the condo unlike other places where you have to walk 100 yds. to get the the Ocean. Location of the condo is not in a congested area. We are planning on coming back here every year now. Very relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband,our 2 daughters,and I stayed in unit 703 at Treasure Island, 2009 Memorial Day week.That was our first time to stay on Thomas Dr.We had always stayed at one of the condos on Front Beach Rd... Well old habits are hard to break.So Memorial Day week 2010,we picked a different condo on Front Beach Rd., One that we had never stayed in before. Well needless to say, We were very unhappy! Treasure Island unit 703 has spoiled us,and showed us what relaxation,and vacation are all about! From now on Treasure Island will be our first choice!!

Condo was exactly as advertised. The rental process was smooth and flawless. Our only issue was that we did not notice in the pictures that the top bunk bed was not designed to have a rail. (Treasure Island units are designed this way.) Loved the location of Treasure Island, it is so close to great restraurants like Capt. Anderson's & the Boatyard.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
