Arrive Thursday, August 28 and stay nine (9) nights with departure Saturday, September 6 for a total cost of $995. Our prices always include the cost of cleaning after departure and all taxes. There are no other costs to renters.
The week starting Saturday, August 16 is also available for seven (7) or fewer nights.

Our condo is fully furnished with all new contemporary style furniture, bedding and electronics. There is a 52 inch projection TV in the Great Room, and high speed Internet access by cable modem available for your laptop. From early March through mid-October we provide free use of the beach service (a $100 weekly value free to our renters) including two padded lounge chairs with umbrella on the sandy beach.
Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park. The resort opened in August, 2005, and everything is now ready for your stay. The 120 foot long heated pool is open with deck chairs and gazebos, the fitness room with Gulf view is ready, and the sugar white beaches await.
Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators. Please be one of the first guests to enjoy our new Gulf front vacation retreat. It has nine (9) foot ceilings, and is decorated in the contemporary style with high quality furnishings and appointments. Rent directly from us and save!
Our Treasure Island condo accommodates up to six (6) guests. It has two bedrooms and a built in bunk bed area, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a thirty (30) foot long by nine (9) foot wide Gulf front balcony.
The master bedroom has a brand new king sized bed and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The great room also has sliding glass doors to the Gulf front balcony.
Treasure Island is a family friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted anytime either inside or on the balcony of our condo.

We rent weeks Saturday to Saturday. A $300 deposit by major credit card will hold your reservation with the total rental cost due 30 days before your arrival. We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period. |
