My wife and 2 kids rented this 3 bedroom unit for two weeks and it was absolutely perfect. It was clean, large, well maintained and had every amenity that we could ask for. Owners were extremely helpful and accomodating. We would definately stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children

We stayed for 10 nights at this apartment and were a party of 6 adults. It exceeded our expectations and we had a brilliant vacation. From the initial enquiry, the owner was really helpful, very responsive and easy to deal with. On arrival, check in was very straight forward and the apartment was exactly as described. The accomodation was very spacious, well maintained and equipped, well worth the five stars. We look forward to staying here again and would strongly recommend that you consider this property if you are staying in Naples. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Property was clean and comfortably furnished. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us not to feel crowded. Location of cottages is a quick drive from downtown, Old Naples, and 13 th st which were our preferred dining/ shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We truly had a fabulous time during our week at Naples Bay Resort! The cottage itself is beautifully furnished with everything that you need to a very high standard! The facilities of the resort are also excellent, with a lazy river that the kids thoroughly enjoyed and excellent swimming pools and a gym. If you don't fancy eating in, there are restaurants within the resort and would recomend a visit to the bone fish grill. We would highly recommend the cottage and naples bay resort and will definitely use again on out next trip to Florida. We had a wonderful time at this NBR Cottage. I was there with my mom and my 4 children (ages 5-10). There was plenty of room for all of us. The linens and bedding were all very clean, comfortable and made us feel like home. There were plenty of things to do both onsite and close by. NBR has a shuttle to and from the beach. You could walk or drive to Tin City. It was very peaceful and quiet. This cottage is close enough to the pools, yet far enough away not to hear all the noise and chatter. We had an incredible vacation and would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the Naples area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This is our second year to stay in this unit. We are 3 friends who have known each other for over 50 years. We really love this end unit, its very tastfully decorated with high end furniture, clean and feels like home. Our plan is to stay here again next May.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We arrived with our 2 year old daughter, and could not have asked for a better place! The unit is very well appointed, and lacks nothing! The owner is amazing (I even forgot my watch and she was kind enough to mail it to me!) The resort facilities are great, the pool is super, and the gym is top notch, as well, all the staff as so kind. Don't forget to use the shuttle that will take you almost anywhere you want to go in Olde Naples and pick you up, or even better is the short 20 minute walk right in to town! There you can enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and shopping, or just stroll down the the beach and watch the most beautiful sunsets every evening! We would strongly recommend staying at this unit for a wonderful and memorable vacation! If you are looking to visit Naples, then look no further, this is the best place in town! We are so happy we found it and look forward to returning in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The resort is beautiful and very well groomed. The condo was perfectly portrayed in the photos and we were very comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend this resort in the Old Naples area. Restaurants that we enjoyed included: Bistro 821, Rossopomodoro, Sea Salt, Jolly Cricket and Tommy Bahamas. We rented a deck boat from the Naples Bay resort and had a fabulous day on the water. Umbrellas and chairs for the beach are available for free at the front desk.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We had an excellent stay at Naples Bay Resort. The resort is immaculately clean. There was a gardener working every day to trim trees, pick up leaves, etc. The pools and recreational facilities are first class, , well maintained and very modern. It was not overcrowded. Having stayed the week before at Orange Lakes in Orlando I can tell you it makes a difference when there are 3 families in the lazy river versus 100. June’s unit is as described in the other reviews – large, modern, great amenities, 10’ ceilings, 4 LCD TV’s, well decorated, etc. The lunai faces into the trees at the rear of the resort; resulting in a quiet, isolated, spot to relax. I appreciated the fact that the owner lives nearby such that if there was an issue she was easily available to assist.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The resort and condo were just as described. The condo is beautiful and very clean. We had coffee every morning on the balcony. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms could use mirrors. We had an excellant dinner at Cloyde's one night and another night at Bistro 821. We plan on returning next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great stay at the Cottages at Naples Bay Resort this March. The 3 bedroom condo was tastefully decorated and spacious. It had everything we needed for the week. Great quality linens and towels and a well equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and huge! We enjoyed travelling to the beach for the early afternoon and returning to the pool and hot tub in the late afternoon. The Resort is close to all the great restaurants and shopping of 5th Ave. and old Naples. My husband and I enjoyed walking to the beach and back each morning. Our daughter (17) and her friend enjoyed the other two rooms and all the amenities of the resort and the Naples area. We had a great family vacation! June was an excellent host who welcomed us with a phone call and was available if any problems arose which they did not. I would definitely return in the future. Thanks June for everything. We had a wonderful stay at your condo! Thanks for sharing your home with us - it had everything that we needed, along with being nicely furnished, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Thanks also for being very helpful, responsive and professional throughout the process. We didn't know what to expect with this being our first time in Naples and at a rental condo, but the entire community was beautifully maintained, clean and surprisingly quiet despite the numbers of small children we saw at the pools. The numerous pools were fantastic -- my kids (ages 2-6) were at the pool about 6 hours each day and totally were entertained. Then, we took advantage of the resort shuttle to Naples Pier to collect shells, chase the waves, and watch the fisherman, which occupied another 2 hours. It was the perfect family vacation! I would absolutely recommend this home to other families with both older and younger children!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
