Twelve floor, 3 bedroom 3 bath fully upgraded penthouse! Unit 1405 is easily one of Edgewater’s Best!
Fully updated with granite counter tops, travertine floors and fine finishing throughout, this penthouse offers 3 full bedrooms along with a massive gulf front Terrace. The terrace is a balcony on steriods offering panoramic views and plenty of space and furniture for lounging. Edgewater’s best feature is its gulf front pool deck; massive lagoon style pool, with waterfalls and a separate salt water pool. There is also kiddy pool and a massive hot tub. Some of the condos other amenities include full gym, basketball court, play ground, putting green and onsite beach side bar and grill!

It was very easy to book our condo with Ocean Reef. The condo we rented was in the perfect location for our family and the resort was wonderful. Wonderful week and Ocean Reef was very courteous and understanding. We even asked for an extra day and there was (not a) big time hassle re: this. Loved the condo, view and all! It was a great vacation and all the amenities in the condo, including view, were priceless. Would love to return soon! We just got back from our week long stay at this condo. It was the most awesome place to stay!!! Amazing view off the huge terrace, condo has been remodeled with upgrades galore! Only drawback was no complimentary beach chairs. We've stayed at Edgewater many times & have always gotten a set of complimentary beach chairs & umbrella. Other than that, one of the nicest places we've ever stayed!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
