  We decided to head to the mountains and rent a cabin for Thanksgiving this year and bring the family. Large bedrooms, wonderful views from both decks, good kitchen for the feast, and enough televisions to keep the grandkids busy. It was a wonderful time for us all. Kids loved the game room and hot tub (we enjoyed it as well). Valley Home didn't feel crowded, it's in a small set of cabins with a secluded feel. The staff was wonderful and even facilitated our daughter checking in a day early. We had a blast and would love to return in late summer 2013!

  Wonderful, clean, cozy cabin, secluded feel but close to the strip... couldn't ask for more! We will be back!

  Mini Vacation and pre Christmas outlet mall shopping. This is our second time staying at this cabin, we stayed here back in June. Wonderful as always!

  The biggest issues were the door lock code wasn't programmed right and Andy seemed very upset with me calling about the issue with it when we arrived on Friday evening....he was condescending when I spoke to him to try to get the code figured out. It also took three emails to get our damage deposit back. The cabin was nice...I had no complaints about that, but overall......average.

  Owner response: We hate to hear that anyone's experience was "just ok". We strive to make every guest's stay exceptional. Kyle's wife called in upon arrival stating the codes given were not granting access to the cabin, maintenance codes were given to the guest and they gained access within 3 minutes of the call. The security deposit refund was really out of our hands. We processed the damage deposit refund on the 19th (2 days after check-out), which is the average amount of time it takes housekeeping to get reports back to us. Security measures on the client's card prevented us from issuing the refund. We received the following error: "Unable to process transaction, please contact card issuer for details." We had to contact both credit card processors to resolve the problem. Final credit was issued on the 28th.

  I am sorry that I have not written a review about this beautiful place until now. My wife and I stayed there in April, and we had the time of our life. Being away in Iraq and away from my wife, finding a place for some quiet time, this was the place. The description was right on target. It is everything that is written and more. We will definitely stay there again when the time comes. Thanks to the owner. Outstanding job and place.

  We stayed 7 days at this cabin in August 2011. Couldn't be more pleased with the stay, everything was as stated in the ad. The kids LOVED the hot tub!! We will definitely stay with them again.

  I loved staying here, it was nice. The master suite bed was so comfortable, i always got a good nights sleep. My kids loved playing pool, and the video game. the house is located close to every thing!! with still having the country woodsy feel. we loved it! Josh was great to work with and we would love to stay here again!!
