The property sits on a large lot that has a huge water view, with southern exposure.
It has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths spread out over an open floor plan. The home is furnished in "Tommy Bahama" décor. When you enter through the front doors you walk into a spacious formal living room. When the sliding doors are fully open, the wall separating the inside from the outside disappears.
To the left you have the spacious master suite, with king sized bed and gorgeous master bath, that overlooks the pool, lanai, and canal.
To the right you have the family room and pass through kitchen. Behind the spacious kitchen is the laundry room and 2 car garage.
Past the kitchen and living room you have the three bedrooms, which hold two queens and two twin beds. Down the hallway is the second bathroom which also serves as a pool bath.
The backyard has a screened lanai with heated pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, eating/sitting area, and plenty of space to fish along the concrete seawall and dock.
This home comes with everything needed for guests, including linens, toilet paper, paper towels, cookware, bicycles, fishing poles, etc. (pretty much everything except clothes and food). Inquire about pets.
