The Royal Seafarer is a deluxe condominium building with a direct walk out on to the powder white sandy beach ~ a sun and beach lovers paradise. The beach is continuously groomed by Collier County to keep it pristenely clean and clear of debris on the shore line. Vacationers from all over the world have discovered Marco Island and make it a must for their holiday getaway.
The building is located in the center of a four mile long white sandy crescent beach. The wrap around balcony has comfortable lounge seating and dining table & chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico where you can view the sun worshipers swimming, walking, shelling and relaxing. The huge pool has an enormous poolside lounge area set with plenty of chaises and umbrella tables with chairs. Our unit is south facing overlooking the pool.
Condo located only 8 miles from two world class 18 hole public golf courses at the Lely Resort, the Mustang and the Flamingo. Just beyond is the Hybiscis Golf Club also open to the public.
Two clay tennis courts newly resurfaced, groomed and maintained daily.

Grounds and building are immaculate - one of Marco's most desirable buildings for it's exceptional maintenance and perfect location in the middle of the beach. Gorgeous lobby and community room with huge wall mounted HDTV, coffee served every morning.

About the owner: We spend winters in Marco Island and summers in Charlevoix, Michigan on Lake Michigan. We love being on the water where we can go right out onto the beach, have a run or a walk on the perfectly groomed sand, go shelling, watch boats, enjoy the dolphins playing in the gulf, swim, fish or just relax reading a book under an umbrella. We discovered Marco when our three children were teens and now our seven grandchildren enjoy the swimming, beaching, shelling and making sandcastles too. As avid golfers, we enjoy the abundance of nearby golf courses available.

Marco Island is a very special place to us. It's casual, relaxed, tropical atmosphere makes it the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Aside from the obvious thrill of living on the beach, there is so much more here to offer from the golfing, biking, boating, fishing, swimming, birding, para-sailing, shelling, cultural art museums and gallerys, wildlife viewing at Rookery Bay and the chartered sunset cruises. We've done it all and have enjoyed each experience. The Naples Art Musuem has world class exhibits all year long and The Naples Philharmonic offers top name entertainment from pop to classical to comedy and everything in between. The dining on Marco and in Naples offers a huge range of choices for every taste. Our favorite restaurants are outdoors or on the water where nightly music makes for a fun family night out.

When we arrive in Marco Island everything slows down. You can go out the door to do any number of exciting activities or you can opt to put on your swimsuit and flip-flops, ride the elevator down and walk out to the pool or beach for a day of fresh air and relaxation. The pool is heated and just right for doing laps or cooling off. Another option is lounging on the lanai in your own quiet privacy. If you really want to indulge yourself walk next door to the Marriott to their world class spa for a massage or facial. You won't find a more friendly staff or nicer residents anywhere than at the Royal Seafarer.
