  Loved this place. It had more than enough space to accommodate my family comfortably. Each bedroom is accurately pictured but the master bedroom is HUGE! I didn't think it would be that big (Which, of course, is a good thing.) and let me just say, the pictures are accurate but the place is much more beautiful and spacious in person. It was well kept when we arrived and everything we needed was close by. There are two malls right outside of the property (15 min walk) with a 24 hour supermarket, Walgreens, CVS, discount stores and restaurants (I recommend Martin's BBQ where the Walgreens is. Very good Spanish food.) The pool was amazing and super close by. The Beach is a short drive away. You can walk there too in minutes. I went to the Municipal beach where there was a bar with some good food and drinks. The water was amazing and warm. My family and I did a lot of walking on the property and this place is totally safe, with guards on constant patrol. They were very nice and helpful with questions we asked. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone. It was excellent. If you decide to rent this place, You will not be let down! Hector was great in handling any questions and concerns we had and Ivette was very helpful with our arrival. Thanks so much for making our first family vacation a very memorable one!

  Me and my family had a great stay at the villa, we had accest to the beach,pool, shopping. I recommended it to anyone, I will definetaly stay there again

  I went to this beautiful house with my boyfriend on January 2012 and we were more than satisfied with it. Puerto Rico is an incredible a place and certainly this house that we stayed was very important to make this trip unforgettable. The house is wonderful... Great size, very neat and comfortable. The balcony is a delight and very friendly neighborhood, and we feel safe in the condo where the house is located. The house is very well located, near to all stores, restaurants and useful places... The beach close to the house is amazing, you will be shocked when you get there... I would recommend this house to any of my friends and family!

  My family vacationed at this wonderful place for a week in February. We had a great stay and the place was terrific! The location was perfect from which to explore the island, walking distance to nice beaches and short drive to grocery store, restaurants. The villa was just as advertised, very nice. Plus, the owners provided pool toys and 2 beach chairs which was very convenient and an unexpected surprise. One of the beach chairs was broken by prior tenants, so we bought them a new one so future tenants could enjoy the convenience. The owners also agreed to make arrangements for our 2am arrival, which was super helpful! There were only two issues: no hot water (which was fine except for cold showers) and only one set of keys. It sounds like a small thing but it ended up becoming a problem. The community is locked, a key is needed to come and go whether you’re walking or driving. Not a problem, but there was only one set of keys. So, unless everyone leaves and returns at the exact same time, you’re stuck. As an example, our teenage sons wanted to go to the beach for the afternoon, while my husband wanted to go out for a run and I planned to stay home to read on the porch. No can do! One key meant that everyone else was stuck (locked out and locked in). Passing keys around, coordinating timing/logistics was a pain easily avoidable by providing 2 sets of keys/clickers. Inevitably, one of the keys was lost near the end of the trip… definitely our fault, but it was a $32.00 charge to replace it. Overall, we had a very positive experience and were pleased with the villa and the owners. We would recommend this place to others.

As for the extra set of keys, I have taken note about it and will make every effort -they have a limited number of keys per unit- to get another one from the administration office so that future tenants do not have to go through the same trouble.   The villa is large enough to comfortably house 4 adults and two small children (and probably a couple more kids). The location by the beach and the community pool were great. The villa is in need of some TLC but overall was as advertised. We had a very nice time during our stay. The one annoyance we had during our stay was that we were given only one gate opener (to get in and out of the gated community) which required all the adults to depart and return at the same time (or somehow coordinate departures/arrivals so that there was always someone available to open the gate with the clicker/opener). If I had known better, I would have requested that both openers be left at the villa. If villa guests are using just one car, this isn't as big a deal, but when there are two cars and different itineraries, it was pretty annoying.

  We stayed at this property February 28, 2011 - March 8, 2011 because it was centrally located in Puerto Rico. The villa is extremely spacious, clean and the swimming pool is magnificant! I wouldn't recommend the beach across the street for children because it's close to a boat ramp and there is a lot of glass in the sand (so no bare feet). However, not too far away are very beautiful, clean beaches. Just outside the gated community there is a grocery store, CVS, Walgreens, Burger King, pizza and do not forget to stop in at Sweet Ann's (take right out of complex and 1/4 down on left in small shopping plaza). Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. FANTASTIC. Thanks again to IvetteMarie who provided us outstanding driving directions and to Mr. Feliciano who opened his home to accommodate our lovely vacation. Most definitely would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

  Owner response: Right next to the beach accross the street, is one of those beautiful, clean beaches. It is the one commonly referred to as "el balneario"- it has plenty of palm trees, picnic tables and a beachfront bar.... only 3 mins. away by foot! Thanks Charlene, for staying with us!

  The location is great - you can relax on the private beach or jump in a car and in a quick instant be to any number of area sites or San Juan. Hector and Ivette are helpful and the place is perfect for runners, beach bums, families or large groups - everything in the house is clean and functional. the nearby embassy suites has facilities as well, and there are a number of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Great all around place to stay and relax or to call home base.

  Thank you Hector and Ivette for helping to make our first trip to PR (and our first time renting) so perfect. Hector is certainly correct when he describes this town and the villas as safe and peaceful. It is great for families, as the pool and gardens are wonderful, and the beaches are beautiful. If you enjoy running, there are many possibilities - both golf courses have cart trails that you may use (at least in the am) and the beach stretches for at least a mile to guarded Hyatt buildings (the guards will let you run on the trail and you may enjoy the beach all the way to the rocks- just greet them and ask !). The villa is sweet and comfortable. It is the perfect home base for exploring especially the northern part of Puerto Rico (San Juan, El Yunque, Farjardo, Isabela, Las Cuevas de Camuy, La Playa Luquillo). It is convenient by car to two large grocery stores, CVS, pizzza, Starbucks, whatever you may need. Staying in the villas makes you feel like you are a part of the community- my son says he will never stay in a hotel again !
