Accommodations: Apartment attached to House - 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description) - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 4-6)

Ketle Cove Beach (next to Crescent Beach) - Cape Elizabeth, ME - Maine Vacation Rental - Across from Crescent Beach State Park! The apartment was built 6 years ago and we have maintained the brand new feel very well. We have recently painted throughout and upgraded the furnishings. I've added some new photos, still need the perfect photo of Crescent Beach. The apartment is available for the winter. Our rate is $150.00 per night. Short stays are welcome. SUMMER 2008 We are booked through September 11, 2008. If the summer schedule changes I will post it immediately. We have a two bedroom, second floor apartment with a private entrance and a deck. Crescent Beach is directly across the street and just a short walk down a boardwalk. We have the beach chairs. Full bath, full kitchen, and cable TV. Fully furnished, all linens, and soaps provided. All floors are hardwood or porcelain tile. Wildlife spottings include Moose, deer, rabbit, Canada geese. Across the street is a four star hotel and restaurant and spa, Inn By the Sea. They are under construction this winter (2007/2008) and are closed. Their website has the details of the new spa and their new chef. I plan to be one of their first lunch guests. They are scheduled to be open for this June 1st. It will be spectacular for Summer 2008. Direct access to the beach (Crescent Beach State Park) is available by following the boardwalk behind the hotel. Tennis courts are two miles away at the High School (always a court available). As you can see by the photos we have added a 12X24 pool. It is 4 feet deep.

Year round rental.  If staying for a short time there is a 7% Maine
sales tax due. Checks, VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC accepted.
No smoking.  No pets.  Our Summer rates are  $1300/wk.
Our Fall, Winter, Spring weekly rate is $900.00.
Our nightly rate off-season is $150.00/night.
