Beautifully reconstructed in 2009, this Sconset gambrel is one block from the bluff walk and a short walk to Sconset village.
Our home has proven to be very popular both with families vacationing during the traditional summer rental season as well as wedding groups coming for extended weekends in the spring and fall.
The property is bounded by 8 foot high mature privet hedge and accesses to a huge lawn with French doors leading to a raised deck. The new gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, European oven/stove top, in-drawer microwave and Miele dishwasher. With freshly refinished antique oak flooring throughout, the open plan first floor has a living room and dining room and sun room while the second floor provides privacy with two king bed master suites (ocean views), one antique double bed suite with Jack'n'Jill bath to children's bunk bedroom.
A playroom on main floor with pull out day bed can be used as a nanny's room.

About the owner: We are a year round Nantucket family and recently moved into a new home. This gave us the opportunity to renovate the original property and make it very renter friendly.
