San Carlos is a five hour drive from Tucson so within easy reach for a long weekend retreat. With an International Airport 15 minutes away at Guaymas it is simple for our friends to come and visit. San Carlos is often described, "Where the Desert meets the Sea" so we have natural beauty of the desert terrain and the Sea of Cortez in our backyard.

To walk a sandy beach is a rare pleasure in life. Add to that the easy access to two marinas and therefore, fishing, diving, snorkeling and sailing experiences. Add to that the stables within walking distance and most vacation wish lists are covered. But it does not stop there....
