Unlike No Other.. Top floor, west side penthouse with over 2,800 sq ft with 60 ft balcony overlooking gulf & private balcony overlooking little lagoon. The sunsets are amazing. You can see for miles with no obstruction. There is only 1 Penthouse in the building like this.Please click on the link at bottom of page for additional photos located under the calendar that says "Sanibel Photos". This penthouse was furnished for a private getaway, furnished with comfort, truly a home away from home. The living room features a curved leather sofa with ottomans that's great for watching movies., a card table for 4, a wet bar with icemaker and small refrigerator. The entertainment center has a 62" TV. Also 5 CD changer, DVD & surround sound. The Master BR and BR#3 have 42" flatscreen tv's.
There are also 4 telephones.
Let's not forget 60 ft of Hunter Douglas remote control window treatments.
The dining room overlooks the gulf, very elegant and in style. Dine inside or our enjoy the 72" table on the balcony.
# 1 The master bedroom features a sliding door leading to the gulf front balcony, it has a King sized bed and a huge walk in closet. A separate dressing area and the bath has a spa tub with a separate walk in shower.
# 2 Bedroom also has a king bed and it too has its own dressing area with separate bath. It also has a spa bath.
# 3 Bedroom has a King bed and it has its own private bath, plus...it's private balcony that overlooks the little lagoon.
All of the bedrooms above are actually all master suites.
# 4 Bedroom has a Queen size bed and its own private bath.
The Kitchen has everything you would need for you to feel at home. I tried to think of everything that I would want myself. There's even salt, pepper and spices that you may need as well as coffee filters, sugar & creamer.
The laundry is huge, it almost could have been a small bedroom.....Washer and Dryer are full size.
This Penthouse is so spacious, yet it has a warm feeling upon entry. It's so elegant and no doubt it will be the ultimate for making memories that will last a lifetime. "Unlike No Other"
There is also a service here that will buy all of your groceries and have them waiting for you upon request.
Sanibel is across the street from the beach with public beach access located across the street.

Why the Owner Chose Sanibel
We had a beach house for years, just right down from Sanibel and before little lagoon pass. Then there was Ivan. Our beach house made it, but at that time we had decided to sell. We love the quiet West Beach, it's away from all of the hustle and bustle. Yet everything is just minutes away.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium-Penthouse
You will not believe this, but it's true. We bought Sanibel to furnish and to keep forever. We furnished it not as a rental but as our private home away from home. Due to our busy lifestyles, we haven't had the time to spend there as we thought. In fact we stayed our first night there recently. The location is wonderful and the views from the 18th floor are unreal. It's truly the ultimate Penthouse.

Paul & Trudy - We live in Gulf Shores year round, after all...It's paradise. Paul has a love for real estate along the gulf coast. Myself, I love decorating. So we both have a busy lifestyle. Not to mention our two precious children, Heidi & Maci, which are two dachshunds that are 7 yrs old. It doesn't matter how old they get, they will never grow up and leave home. They will always be our babies.
