Unlike No Other.. Top floor, west side penthouse with over 2,800 sq ft with 60 ft balcony overlooking gulf & private balcony overlooking little lagoon. The sunsets are amazing. You can see for miles with no obstruction. There is only 1 Penthouse in the building like this.Please click on the link at bottom of page for additional photos located under the calendar that says "Sanibel Photos". This penthouse was furnished for a private getaway, furnished with comfort, truly a home away from home. The living room features a curved leather sofa with ottomans that's great for watching movies., a card table for 4, a wet bar with icemaker and small refrigerator. The entertainment center has a 62" TV. Also 5 CD changer, DVD & surround sound. The Master BR and BR#3 have 42" flatscreen tv's.
The dining room overlooks the gulf, very elegant and in style. Dine inside or our enjoy the 72" table on the balcony.
# 1 The master bedroom features a sliding door leading to the gulf front balcony, it has a King bed and a huge walk in closet. A separate dressing area and the bath has a spa tub with a separate walk in shower.
# 2 Bedroom also has a king bed and it too has its own dressing area with separate bath. It also has a spa bath.
# 3 Bedroom has a King bed and it has its own private bath, plus...it's private balcony that overlooks the little lagoon.
All of the bedrooms above are actually all master suites.
# 4 Bedroom has a Queen size bed and its own private bath.
The Kitchen has everything you would need for you to feel at home + more. I tried to think of everything that I would want myself. There's even salt, pepper and spices that you may need as well as coffee filters, sugar & creamer.
The laundry is huge, it almost could have been a small bedroom.....Washer and Dryer are full size.
This Penthouse is so spacious, yet it has a warm feeling upon entry. It's so elegant and no doubt it will be the ultimate for making memories that will last a lifetime. "Unlike No Other"
Sanibel is across the street from the beach with public beach access located across the street.

Why the Owner Chose Sanibel
We started coming to Gulf Shores a couple of years ago after hearing many good things from friends of ours. What we like most is getting away from the mid-west to a totally different environment. We find it's a great place for people of all ages. Dottie loves the beach and shopping. I love to play golf so this is the perfect combination for us. It's a great place to bring family and friends as there always seems to be plenty to do regardless of age or interests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Dottie and I have always preferred being away from the bustling crowds. We wanted a place that was close to all the attractions, easy to get to, but away from the real busy locations. The fact that Sanibel met our needs as well as being a new modern well kept facility made it an easy decision for us. We enjoy spacious living. For someone who grew up in the mid-west, to us the view is majestic. It's extremely comfortable, quiet and very relaxing.

Dottie and I both grew up in S.E. Kansas. Moved to Wichita in the 60's. She was a stay-at-home mom and I started my career at Beech Aircraft. We started a business (Excel Manufacturing Inc) in 1971 which evolved into one of the nations leading aircraft parts manufacturers. We sold the business in 2006 to Triumph Aerospace (NYSE symbol: TGI) We now spend most of our time in Missouri at our second home on Table Rock Lake. We have one Son & one Daughter, they still live in Wichita. Between the two of them we have 8 grandchildren.

We just stayed in the penthouse for a second time. We came last summer and stayed a week. This time we stayed 6 nights. This is an absolutely wonderful place to go and spend time with family and friends. Both times we had 8 people and there was plenty of room. The view is fantastic. We love Trudy! She is always so friendly and helpful. We will definitely keep coming back!

A wonderful experience for our family! The penthouse is exceptional. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the decor, amenities and most of all the panoramic views from the balcony. We found the location of the penthouse to be convenient to restaurants and activities. We highly recommended this property and plan to return soon.

This is our second year to stay here . Its like being at home with the ocean in your front yard. plenty of room . This is a very upscale condo for the $$$ . Trudy has become a close friend of ours an we are looking foward to next year.

We just got back from Gulf Shores and stayed in this Penthouse. We were one of 4 couples in this penthouse and it was wonderful! What you see on this website is what you get!! The location is great and the place was too. Go the The Hangout (especially if you have kids). Lulu's was good too. We will DEFINITELY stay here again!

The cure for high blood pressure and stress is the view from this condo. Upon arrival everything about our first trip to Gulf Shores was outstanding. I have rented many times from VRBO and have used several time shares, this was by far the most elegant and relaxing accommodations ever. The view from the penthouse is truly 360 degrees and the beaches were pure white. The extra large balcony spans the ocean with a great shot of the shoreline and some of the bay to the side. The rear bedroom overlooks the bay with great views and excellent dolphin watching. We were able to utilize the balcony for relaxing, dining on the large table, and game playing. My family asked why some of our vacation photos were of the condo itself. I was truly impressed by the impeccable and professional interior decorating. This condo was something out of a magazine. The space afforded to each bedroom and bathroom made for a sane and serene vacation. Thank you to our hosts for having the kitchen stocked so well. I was able to do some baking and any meal preparation since the kitchen was better than home. Everything from linens to décor made the vacation a memorable one. Renting this on-line could not have been easier. We were so close to such great dining, historic sites, and all the beach could offer we will definitely return.

WOW. That's pretty much the summary of our stay in this beautiful Penthouse and our Gulf Shores vacation. We took the family which included my husband and myself, a teenage daughter, my parents who are in their seventies, and my brother who is in his 40's. I tell you this so you can see the diversity and that I had a few concerns about all of us being comfortable but it was a great vacation and everyone had a fabulous time. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as have their own private space if they want it. The views from the balcony are awesome. The last couple of days we were there we could see pods of dolphins playing in the ocean, they actually came quite close to the shore and people stopped what they were doing and stood calmly watching them as they passed through. Beautiful. There were times when they jumping in the surf and playing, really amazing to watch. There were some jelly fish but nothing that prevented us from enjoying the warm gulf waters. It was wonderful coming back from the beach everyday to such nice accomodations. The Penthouse is nothing short of amazing and the pictures do not lie. Restaurants were close and shopping as well. The only thing I can even say as a possible negative is that I personally felt the penthouse could have been better stocked with basic supplies like paper products; napkins, toilet paper, paper plates, kleenex, etc. and bar soaps for the showers and what not. For such a luxurious place it felt like all that should have been in place, but that is not a deterrent, just know to buy it at the grocery when you go. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, pretty much right across the street. The sand did get very hot though, we were there in June, and I do recommend keeping your shoes on and not leaving them on the boardwalk when you go to find your spot in the surf. My dad actually got very bad burns on the tops of his feet from the hot hot sand. Again, just keep your shoes handy! I would recommend staying here very highly, it was well worth our drive from Indiana!

This is an outstanding choice for a beach vacation. Our family of seven stayed there over the 4th of July weekend and the following week. There were seven of us, including two grandchildren and we had a great time. It starts with the ample parking in the lot, the availability of carts to transfer luggage and the elevators to the condo. But the best part is the condo, itself. Great layout, very family (child) friendly and safe, with a magnificent view of the water! Due to the great amenities in the condo, we cooked almost all of our meals there, and visited the beach almost every day. We will definitely go back if we want a great beach experience in Gulf Shores!
