The Penthouse is a nineteenth, full floor apartment in the heart of Sydney with all the latest comforts and facilities.
The apartment is tastefully decorated to very high standards. It comprises of 3 generous bedrooms, two have king size beds and the third with a queen size. All bedrooms have 42’ plasma TV’s and have ensuites (one has a bath as well). Towels & linen are provided. The lounge is spacious with its double sofas, plasma TV and comfortable dining area. It has an open plan integrated kitchen with all the modern imaginable facilities, all cutlery and utensils are provided. The apartment also boasts 2 balconies for better views of the CBD, one of which is the perfect area for barbeques and relaxing along with the roof top pool (from 8am to 8pm).
The location is ideal for both tourists and corporate visitors. Ideally situated, the Penthouse is a stone's throw from attractions such as George Street, Hyde Park, Centre point Tower, Oxford Street, The Queen Victoria Building, Darling Harbour, Crown Casino, China Town..all of which are within 5-25 minutes walking distance. Other attractions such as Luna Park, Bondi and Manly beach are all accessible by train (2 minute walk to the nearest station) bus or Ferry.
