I chose Frisco because of its reasonable home prices (relative to other resort locations) and its proximity to Denver.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I mostly enjoy my sunrise walks up to Rainbow Lake. It is there where I find the solitude and peace I have been searching for for quite some time.

I am part time resident of Frisco and while I try to spend as much time out there as possible, the nature of my profession prevents me from doing so. I thought it would be nice to share my "Fortress of Solitude" (as I like to call it) with those who have a similar love for the high country and all the beauty that comes with it.

Great Place to relax, close to main street (Fall 2010)

Frisco has been my base camp, so to speak, for my Summit County travels for more than 20 years. This property is yet another example of the great choices to be had in the Frisco area. The condo is in good shape, is located close to main street, provides plenty of room to unwind from a long day of hiking, cycling or what ever brings you to Summit County. Can't say enough about the owner and how helpful he was during the rental process. I look forward to staying there again soon.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
