This isn’t your typical mountain rental. Built in 2007, this 2250 sq ft ski-in / ski-out house has a walk-out basement to SolVista’s ski runs and boasts light colors and a clean, modern design. Sit on the decks or in the new hot tub and watch the skiers and snowboarders go by.
An amazing view can be found from any window. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The top floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a living area with a twin bed and desk. Bedroom #1 on the top floor has a king bed and flat screen TV, and bedroom #2 has a queen bed and TV. Both bedrooms have spectacular views.
The main floor is the primary gathering place with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, full bathroom, and stereo surround sound with iPod cable. Bedroom #3 is also on the main floor with a twin-over-full bunk, TV and DVD. A large family room with 46 in. flat-screen TV, 4th bedroom (twin-over-twin bunk) and 3rd full bathroom is located in the walk-out basement.
The ski run and lift are just outside the door. This home is located directly on the slopes, for a true ski-in ski-out experience.
