This 2 story, three bedroom, three bath home boasts many amenities and has a “brand new” feel to it. All rooms are professionally decorated with a beach/spa motif.
Upstairs are 2 master bedrooms with Queen sized beds, generously sized bathrooms and walk in closets. The grand master is quite a large suite and includes a gas fireplace, dual sinks, whirlpool tub, private balcony and steam shower.
On the lower level is another bedroom with 2 twin beds and pull out sleeping mat for an extra friend. Included are all the designer bedding and luxurious linens and towels. The sunny front room is a great place to curl up and read or double as a bedroom at night with a queen size pull out couch. Off of the front room is a private garden area with a raised koi pond and fountain. It is the perfect quiet spot for a glass of wine and cheese before sunset.
The great room includes a well-equipped kitchen and granite bar/counter top area opening up to the living room and dining room area. Watch a movie on the 52” high definition flat panel TV with Blue Ray and surround sound as the fire is crackling in the hearth.
For the young at heart, there is a modern Sony Play Station along with an arcade-quality console electronic game table equipped with all your favorite retro video games. For your computer, high speed WiFi internet access is provided.
Step into the backyard and enjoy the deck with table, chairs, lounge, umbrella, propane heater and gas BBQ to accommodate outdoor entertaining. The roomy hot tub is located next to a cozy area where it is great to roast marshmallows on starry evenings. Why the Owner Chose Aptos
We looked up and down the coast, but focused in on this Upper Cliff locale of Aptos. It is a quiet area where the homes are well kept and many are being upgraded and redone. Some of the homes a few blocks away are in the 3 ++ million dollar range. It is only a short walk to the path that leads down to a less populated and expansive beach used primarily of locals. The town was a pull for us as well. It is not insane with lots of traffic, but has a small town feel with yummy little restaurants that you don't even need to have shoes on to be served. The drive from our primary residence in San Jose is only 40 minutes and the home is easy to get to and has ample parking. It is an easy drive to Capitola or Santa Cruz if your in the mood for some action. There is a state park very close that has incredible hiking with huge pine trees and water falls.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home has a brand new feel to it, since it was a grand scale remodel several years ago. It is very private and easy to entertain there. Every bedroom has their own bathroom and you have lots of places to spread out. Its great for kids and kids at heart since the house includes many amenities like wifi, nintendo, professional arcade game, ping pong, hot tub, flat screen TV, direct TV, stereo systems with fabulous sound system to name a few. The kitchen is fully stocked with your every need, just bring your food and libations. The backyard is fully enclosed as well as the front yard. The home is nicely decorated in a relaxing beach/spa motiff.

My husband and I have lived in the Bay area for over 20 years and love all that it has to offer. There is so much to choose from, but we enjoy winding down at the beach. Dan works in silicon valley as a sales engineer and I am a stay at home mom of two teenagers. But come the weekends, cowabunga dude!! The surf calls us and off we go!
