Ideal two family house with 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 full bath and spectacular River Front views . The house is situated right on the river, overlooking a peninsula that is teeming with wildlife. There are otters, chipmunks, eagles, elk, ducks and geese. The Large deck is ideal for entertaining, complete with a hot tub that features beautiful river views. The 1/2 acre back yard is like a park with rolling lawn sweeping down to the Deschutes River. The Cascade Mountain region of central Oregon, has many rivers, lakes, hiking trails and spectacular skiing at Mount Bachelor all in close proximity.
The living room is beautifully decorated with leather couches and chairs, entertainment center with 52' big screen television, surround sound, DVD/CD changer. Enjoy our music and video collection or bring your own. Beautiful oak dining room table for dining and playing games etc. Gas barbeque is provided with a well appointed kitchen. Two master suites make this an ideal two family house. The kids suite has two sets of bunk beds (full bottom and twin top) and leather couch chairs with two tv's for video games and movie viewing. This gives kids a space of their own for hanging out. The house works great for 2 families and there are other rentals available on the quiet culdasak if you need more room.
There is sunshine 300 days a year in Central Oregon. Great boating and trout fishing from May to October are right out your back door.

Prices do not include 8% tax plus $125 cleaning fee.
A refundable security deposit of $500 is also required

Truely enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. Location was perfect and the view was remarkable! House has everything that is needed for a enjoyable stay. Only suggestion to the onwers: ceiling fans! Owners were very easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your home with us ;)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This property is gorgeous with the river view from all the living areas and the beautiful grass lawn that sweeps down to the river. The beds are really comfortable and have wonderful bedding. The deck is great for sitting outside to dine and bbq dinner. The hot tub worked great. We love Central Oregon and all the outdoor opportunities. We loved this especially because the Deschutes River is in our backyard. We can fish, raft, ski, bike, hike, etc all within a very short time.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The view of the Big Deschutes River from the back of the house is spectacular. It is a great place to go to unwind or raft, fish, ski, golf, hike, bike etc. Wonderful time together with family and friends, special memories.
