Our ground level home (no stairs) is located in prestigious Cudjoe Gardens. We are on a crystal clear flow thru canal,which is great for swimming and is over 50 foot wide, just one house back and total vegetation across from us and next door. Very private unlike most canals. The house has 2 bedrooms both with very comfortable king size beds. There is an additional set of bunk beds. All amenities are there, 3 TVs, stereo speakers in every room. A very nice large screened in porch with plenty of furniture too.There is also a great outside patio overlooking the canal with lots of outside furniture. and a 6 person hot tub. We own the vacant lot next door which adds additional privacy and parking.
There is a full service marina with gas, boat ramp and live bait just two blocks away. The Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico are easily accessible from our canal. There is a 90 ft dock with a fish cleaning table and outside shower. The canal is about 16 feet deep.Looe Key and American Schoal Lighthouse on the Atlantic side are just minutes away. Groceries and restaurants and tiki bars are all nearby too. Everything you need is right here. The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable too.

We stayed in this great house last week. My family and I go to the Keys on vacation once or twice a year every year (for 15 years in a row) eventhough we live in Atlanta. We've stayed in Marathon, Big Pine Key, Ramrod Key, Little Torch Key and Key West. This place is the best. Half-way between Marathon and Key West it is perfectly located. The house is open and airy. Great kayaking, boating, fishing and diving. I even jumped in the water right in front of the boat dock. The neighborhood is very quiet with nice, friendly neighbors. We hope to be back in either July or November. Jerry S

It is June, 2009 and i am staying here now. Wow it is great. It is very private, and the canal is beautiful. Great for swimming and boating. We catch dinner right off the dock.The house is great, everything we could possibly need, comfortable too. thumbs up.
