We have remodeled our kitchen, vanity area, and bath. This included new appliances, new sinks and fixtures, new high quality maple cabinets, granite slab countertops, new bathtub with granite tile. In 2010, we re-carpeted, replaced the bedspread and re-upholstered the living room furniture.
Our 1 bedroom/1 bath condo sleeps 2-4, with living room and lanai facing Kiahuna's Hawaiian Garden--a beautiful view and setting. We have a peek of ocean from the living room and lanai. This unit is quiet, away from roads, and has a more private orientation than most of the units on the property. Great airflow and ceiling fans, when needed, keep the indoor atmosphere ideal.
Our condominium at Kiahuna is located in building 36. To see our precise location on the property, ask us for an aerial photo of the property.
The property is a spectacular tropical beauty--the Hawaii of your dreams. Condo is only 2-3 minute walk, through the property (not across roads) to Poipu Beach. Easy walk to several restaurants and shopping; two excellent golf courses nearby. Poipu is an ideal swimming, snorkeling and surfing location. For a first-class Hawaii condo vacation in a dream setting, this is it....truly a "special place."

Fun shops, galleries and restaurants right across the road from our condo. Includes two fabulous dinner choices, Roy's, and Keoki's Paradise.
An excellent choice for dinner in a garden setting right on our property.
Easy walk from the condo. Snorkeling, protected ocean pool, playground equip., restrooms. You'll probably only use this park if you have small kids, otherwise the beach at Kiahuna is equivalent.
18 hole, par 72 championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Only 1/4 mile from the condo. Has a fun restaurant for breakfast and lunch, "Joe's on the Green", beautiful outdoor setting.

We enjoyed our vacations at Kiahuna Plantation for 20 years, and soon after retirement, last year we fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving full time to Kauai! We now live in a home on the east side of the island, but we have kept our beloved Kiahuna condo for short get-aways. We hope you will grow to love Kauai, and Kiahuna, as much as we do!

We stayed three nights over Christmas 2011. Everything was as promised and described, clean, and comfortable. The owner is extremely helpful and handled everything promptly from initial contact on. The until is appointed with everything that you could possibly need and then some--beach chairs, nice kitchen appliances/dishes/cookware. The owner even provided an extra mattress so that our kids didn't have to share a bed, which was best for all concerned. What I really loved was the louvered walls toward and away from the beach that offered lovely cool breezes through the unit--never stuffy. The only downside to those is that you can hear the neighbors coming and going on the stairways from the bedroom. The resort is beautiful, very nicely laid out with easy access to several beaches with a variety of activities--Poipu main beach is especially nice for boogie boarding and has a little kids' pond. There are restaurants, but we opted to cook in and enjoy the table and chairs on the lanai. We'd recommend this property and hope to return sometime soon!

This is a wonderful condo. Meticulously remodeled with every detail well done. A peek ocean view with good wind protection and a great lanai to have a leisurely meal or just relaxing. All activities are close by, including golf, shopping, fine dining. The beach is just a short walk through the beautiful garden landscape. You will love it and be back.

Our stay was very comfortable here for my husband and myself. The enitre plantation is very scenic and well kept. The view from our lanai was lovely. It was a quick two minute walk to a fantastic beach where we spent many hours swimming and sunning ourselves. It was fun sitting on the beach watching the snorkellers and surfers. At night it is a 5 minute walk along the beach to the west to see the sunset. The condo is located within walking distance to several restaurants of varying prices, but the condo / resort was well equipped if you wish to cook or BBQ. We were located close to the tours that we had booked - rafting, ATV driving, snorkeling and then a drive up Waimea Canyon Drive. We have only been home a few days and we are already discussing when we will be returning. The owners were very helpful in recommending places to see and things to do. A 5 star stay for us.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We were very pleased with this unit. Tasteful upgrades have been done to the kitchen and bathroom. No need to pack a hairdryer as there is one in the bathroom. We were surprised and pleased to find a Playmate cooler in the closet to use for the week (very helpful). There is also a box fan to use if needed (we did not need to use it). The location is perfect and has a peek of the ocean from the lanai. Access to the beach was easy and a quick walk. The grounds are beautiful and the scent of plumeria trees fill the air. We wish we lived closer to Kauai than the east coast so we could return more frequently. You will not be disappointed when renting this condo.

I have stayed two years in a row at this wonderful condo and it really feels like home to me now when I stay there. It is wonderfully quiet, and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping which I love. Very comfortable, airy and loved the peek of the ocean and enjoyed the beautiful Plumerias that surround the property and the sounds of all the wonderful birds. I plan to stay again next year!
