This beautiful home offers four bedrooms including 2 kings, one queen, and two twin beds. On first level, there are two bedrooms (twins and double), one full bath and laundry facilities. The middle level offers a huge kitchen with island opening to dining area and family room with fireplace and television with surround sound. Attached covered deck is perfect for al fresco dining with view of the ocean! The third level has two separate suites (king beds in both), each with attached full bath. Master suite opens to a sun deck with views of the beach and ocean.
You can watch the sun rise over the ocean from the luxury of your bed. The master bath features a jetted tub, steam shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. For the high season of Memorial Day to Labor Day, this home is offered for weekly rentals. During the off-season, the home is available for weekend or weekly rentals.

Had a great experience renting this home. The layout on the main floor was open, fantastic, and updated- with a powder room on this level. The 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level were very accommodating and each had their own bathroom. The master bedroom had a huge closet and very large bathroom, and the water pressure was good too!! The 2 bedrooms on the lower level were fine/average, and had a shared full bathroom. The elevator came in handy and was used to transport heavy items. Parking was plentiful for what we needed (could easily park 2 regular cars in the garage, a vehicle on either side of the driveway for an extra 2 spots, and another in front of one of the garage doors---you may be able to park a very small car in front of the other garage, just as long as it doesn't overflow onto the street.) We rented this house for a high school reunion for 7 friends. What a perfect spot! The house was well-stocked with kitchen essentials and seemingly with tons of beach stuff (though we were there in the off season). The house is in great condition - clean, nicely decorated, and has a great layout. Plus, Monica was great to work with. Can't say enough great things. We would definitely rent again if we have the opportunity!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a fabulous time in Virginia Beach and were so lucky to have rented the beach house. The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach! My family rented this house, because we were all in town for a wedding and didn't want to stay in separate hotels. The house was perfect! Spacious, beautiful decor, great location, and well, perfect! I particularily enjoyed having coffee on the second floor patio overlooking the ocean, and swinging on the third floor hammock with my daughter. As others have said it's literally a two minute stroll to the beach. The owner was delightful, quick responses to all my emails, and though we didn't encounter any problems, I feel extremely confident she would have taken care of them immediately. I noticed there was a grill, sand chairs, and other beach stuff available for use. I highly recommend this house, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.Owner response: Thank you for the kind words! So glad you all had a good time for the wedding celebration!

My family stayed at this home for a week and we had a wonderful stay. The home was immaculate and beautiful. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us very well. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Also, the beach could be seen from the second and third story balconies. I would highly recommend this home to someone looking for a relaxing get away. We hope to stay again soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a lovely home this is. Well maintained with all the amenities needed. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every minute in Virginia Beach. This house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and the owner is responsive and excellent to deal with. The house is a two minute walk to the beach, the top floor deck has a wonderful view of the beach. We used this house with two toddlers and two elderly people and it was ideal for all of them. 15 minute walk to the main board walk, quiet beach right there and short drive to all the sights made our stay just great. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation right at the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Superb beach home. I've stayed a couple of times. Short walk to the beach. Very clean and well appointed. Near the bike path to ride up and down the entire oceanfront, shops, restaurants, etc. Nice outdoor porch for drinks and dinner at sunset. Feels like home as soon as you walk in. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I have owned this home since it was new. I manage it myself with the help of a local contractor and cleaning service. I used it only for my personal use as a second home until 2009 when I moved out of state.

I bought it for my own use. Didn't start renting it until recently when I moved out of state.

Quick walk to the beach, can get most places by bike or walking, Peaceful retreat with gorgeous ocean views. I have three bikes at the house for your use while there. Riding down oceanfront avenue to the boardwalk is one of my favorite things to do. Seashore state park is just a few blocks away on 64th and that is another favorite place to walk, run or bike.
