Laugh, smile, and giggle with friends & family as you remember your good ol' days at America's First Nostalgic Guesthouse. Relax with an overnight stay where the 1950's, 60's & 70's come alive. This recently restored & renovated home is filled with family treasures that bring you back to the decades of America's past.
Delight in the amazement as you watch 'youngsters' try to dial the Rotary Phones (that work!) and the black and white TVs in the bedroom that only get 3 channels and no remote. Play vintage board games, or a game of cards in this charming 2-story (3 floors) American Foursquare built in 1928 and offers its guests an authentic-nostalgic experience with every room decorated in a different decade.
The Rumpus room in the basement includes a set of Drive-in speakers connected to a Flat Screen TV set in front of Koken Barber chairs, 3 Rivers stadium seat signed by Bill Mazeroski, Vintage Pinball Machines, retro Knotty Pine Bar, and so much more.
Capture new memories with grandkids, friends & family as you take a step back in time to remember those good ol' days.

Why the Owner Chose North Belle Vernon
It's located right on the main street of town which is right off of Interstate 70, and minutes from the PA Turnpike, Interstate 79, Interstate 43, & Route 51. Great Location! Close to fine dining restaurants, home-style restaurants, and shopping plazas nearby as well as a Med Express that is under construction opening soon.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The home allows you to take a step back in time to relive the Good ol' Days.
Owner's Map of North Belle Vernon
This home was in my family for the past 60 years, being passed down from grandparents, aunts, uncles, and now me! The home has many fond memories of the good ol' days and we thought it would be a neat idea to let others enjoy & reminisce their own good ol' days.
My husband and I along with our 14 year old son live nearby, as does the rest of my immediate family. Between all of us -- we have plenty of help with the home.
Go Steelers! Super Bowl in Detroit City! We have Steeler season tickets and my husband and I are enjoying 'one for the thumb' in 2006.

Dear Melanie, We all made it home safely & we've had time to get back to normal. I just wanted to drop you a line & again thank you for your kindness & generosity. You gave my husband and I a chance to make some wonderful memories with 2 of our daughters and their families. After spending nearly a week at the house it will always feel like "home". You have paid such great attention to detail in how you have decorated this wonderful house. I loved being able to share those nostalgic memories with my grandkids..... Very Thankfully, M.K. Jomisko
