The exterior has been kept in the 60's beach style cabins, but the interiors are remodeled with new everything from doors, floors to appliances. Wear yourself out at the beach, visiting the best of Southern California, but return to the cleanest, newest interiors in North County beach rentals. This property is great for just a couple or an entire summer family reunion getaway.
The on-site managers are a great resource for information on all that Southern California has to offer from San Diego to Los Angelos. During the summer months, all renters at 412 S Strand will be offered free surfing lessons from the Corey Whitlock surf school, offered on the beach in front of the vacation rentals. Beach bicycles and cruisers are available every day.
Every Friday night, weather permitting, a tenant beach barbeque and cook out will be offered. Everyone has imagined living on the beach for a night or a week. This is your chance be watch the waves, the sunsets and just be a beach bum for once in your life. 8 other rental units are part of this rental complex which together can offer over 30 beds for a large gathering.

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
Our investment group purchased this property on the beach in Oceanside, California back in 2004. We thought about building expensive condominiums on this site, but with the current market decided to place the 9 quaint beach front units back into vacation rental condition. This location is within a 6 hour drive from the majority of our family members. Thus, they can come and go as they wish and we can avoid the limitation of airline ticketing, lines and checked luggage. Oceanside is a thriving community eagerly developing their vacation travelers' appeal. Come and enjoy the Pacific Ocean and the best California has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is the largest and most outfitted of our 9 beach front units on site. We have kept the rustic outside 60's beach exteriors, but have improved the inside to a 4 star hotel quality. We have on-site beach bikes, a Friday night cookout and the Cory Whitlock surf school on site giving free surf lessons during the summer months. We are new with the best on the beach at our "Strand of Paradise". The featured 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with this listing, sleeps 12 in beds and more due to the oversized, 30 foot windowed wall facing the ocean. Knock yourself out playing at the beach and on the Stand, but come home to the nicest, newest and cleanest interiors on the North San Diego coast.

Our family has been taking California beach vacation annually for the past 20 years. When this property became available, we organized a group to purchase and own a piece of "what they are not making more of" unique Ocean Front property. We have big families and a lot of relatives, and now with this property a lot of new friends. We love the unique feeling of the beach and the Ocean and waking to the sound of the surf (or the seagulls).
