The exterior has been kept in the 60's beach style cabins, but the interiors are remodeled with new everything from doors, floors to appliances. The on-site managers are a great resource for information on all that Southern California has to offer from San Diego to Los Angelos. During the summer months, all renters at 412 S Strand will be offered free surfing lessons from the Corey Whitlock surf school whenever the surf school is in session. Beach bicycles and cruisers are available every day as well as surf boards and boogie boards.

Why the Owner Chose Oceanside Pier Resort
Our investment group purchased this property on the beach in Oceanside, California back in 2004. We thought about building expensive condominiums on this site, but with the current market decided to place the 9 quaint beach front units back into vacation rental condition. This location is within a 6 hour drive from the majority of our family members. Thus, they can come and go as they wish and we can avoid the limitation of airline ticketing, lines and checked luggage. Oceanside is a thriving community eagerly developing their vacation travelers' appeal. Come and enjoy the Pacific Ocean and the best California has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The 3 bedroom 2 bath unit is the largest and most outfitted of our 9 beach front units on site. We have kept the rustic outside 60's beach exteriors, but have improved the inside to a 4 star hotel quality. We have on-site beach bikes, surf boards and even surf lessons whenever the on site surf school is in session. We are new with the best on the beach at our "Strand of Paradise". The featured 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with this listing, sleeps 10 in beds and 4 more in pull outs. Beautiful views of the ocean due to the 30 foot windowed wall facingwest. Knock yourself out playing at the beach and on the Stand, but come home to the nicest, newest and cleanest interiors on the North San Diego coast.

Our family has been taking California beach vacation annually for the past 20 years. When this property became available, we organized a group to purchase and own a piece of "what they are not making more of" unique Ocean Front property. We have big families and a lot of relatives, and now with this property a lot of new friends. We love the unique feeling of the beach and the Ocean and waking to the sound of the surf (or the seagulls).
