Beautiful views from the decks on both level of this gem are perfect for relaxing while looking at mountains and wildlife.
As you enter the upper level of the town home the rustic beauty immediately becomes apparent. The gleaming pine floors and rock gas fireplace exhibit classic Colorado charm. A fully stocked kitchen with pine cabinets, all new stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops is there to provide for your cooking needs. 6 people can sit comfortably at the oak kitchen table while 2 can nestle up to the bar. The comfortable living area a couch, two recliners, and a has a 40 inch flat screen television with cable and a DVD player. Pass through the glass sliding door to enjoy the views from the deck. The large deck has a grill and chairs for relaxing and soaking up the views. The master bedroom with king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom is also on this level. The half bathroom upstairs is convenient for guests.
Descend the stairs to another living room with a 40 inch television and couch with a pull out queen bed. There is a second master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, private bathroom, and mountain views. A third bedroom has a queen bed with a beautiful handmade quilt. The full bathroom with a shower opens into the living room. For your convenience the laundry room has a large washer and dryer. Your journey ends on the sunny lower level deck where 5 person hot tub awaits you. Enjoy the quiet that only the Colorado mountains can provide!
A two car electric garage is provided as well as extra driveway space.
