This beautiful villa is located at only a 2 minute drive from the world famous surfbreak of Playa Negra in a gated community with 24 hour security. The ocean is visible from all the property which makes the sunset by the pool a whole experience.
On the first floor there is 3 bedrooms with one queen size and one twin bed each, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), living room with satellite TV, indoor and outdoor dining room, bbq and swimming pool. On the second floor is the master bedroom with its own bathroom, king size bed, satellite TV and another bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and lead to a beautiful wooden balcony.
Maid service is included and Private Chef Service is available upon request at an extra charge.

awesome house, great views, beautiful flowers and birds. Pool was amazing with a bench and table in the pool. Enjoyed hearing the howler monkeys. Cons: you can not dial out on the phone, the wifi did not work, and it is a 15 minute drive to the beach, not 2 minutes as stated. There was no pool lights or lighting by the pool. Downstairs rooms are not airconditioned. Playa Negra is so rural and this house is very peaceful.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
