Sandcastle is a three story beach house located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy the views of the Gulf Of Mexico from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. This beautifully decorated home has tile and new carpet. The first floor family room opens directly to the sparkling pool area that is shared with 3 other homes in the small private community. There is a bedroom with a double bed and bath and the washer and dryer are also on this floor. The stairs lead up to the huge fully stocked kitchen that includes a new refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, a table that seats 6 and bar stools at the kitchen island. There is also a bedroom with a trundle bed and bath on this second floor.
The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with a king-size bed. The attached master bath has a large tub and separate shower. There is a sitting room with a day/trundle bed, fireplace and wet bar that opens onto the balcony with a fantastic view of the beach. Here you can RELAX...UNWIND...and create memories that will last a lifetime..
This home is the perfect location across the street from the designated Beach Access #93, just a couple of minutes from the emerald water and white sand.
