Visitors will receive one hour of court time FREE for each day of stay. If you love the BEACH, it is just a seven to eight minute walk away. A courtesy shuttle is also available to take you door-to-door to either the beach, the Westin Hotel or the golf clubhouse. We can help arrange bike rentals, discounted tee times or assistance with other activities.
This FIRST FLOOR villa has all new furnishings and new carpeting throughout. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with an upgraded, high quality mattress, private bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and TV/DVR/VCR/DVD. The second master features a private bath, two FULL beds with upgraded mattresses, and TV/VCR/DVD. The large, open, living area features a 40" flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD/CD player; a queen size couch sleeper, a love-seat sleeper ,(dbl) and opens to a screened porch overlooking tennis courts. The villa also has a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area seating for six, breakfast bar, and wet bar.

Our family had a great time in your villa...everything is just as stated on website..very clean and nice :) We loved the beach, bike rides and pool. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us..hope we can come back next year!

The pictures of the Villa are very accurate, it is light and airy as well as decorated in soft, pleasing colors. The kitchen is well stocked but best of all while cooking, you can still view outside. The living area is equipped with several windows facing a quiet wooded area near the tennis courts. It has been remodeled with new bedding and carpet. The rocking chairs on the back porch provide a serene location for your evening relaxation. The owners were very helpful to us, answering all concerns. I would highly recommend this Villa for my friends and family. The beach is nearby and the access is convenient, looking forward to another stay there!.
