This is a great family retreat.
Shaded porch in the morning to watch the river. Heck, if you get the itch, throw a line in. Depending on the time of year, the fishing can be incredible.
Trout, Red Fish, Black drum, Croaker, and Catfish have all been caught off this pier in abundance. Bait up a crab trap or throw your cast net right off of your own pier.
If you can't catch your dinner, (it is fishing after all) Dido's is up River and 2 J's is down.
During the summer months this a very popular recreational water sport destination. The Churchill Bridge boat launch is about 400 yards up and across the river for easy access.
This is gulf coast outdoors at it's finest.

Why the Owner Chose Brazoria
My Dad rented a place on the San Bernard when I was a kid. My wife and I fell in love with the area. Looked and dreamed for 10 years for a place and finally found one that we could afford. My Dad, my Wife, my Family and I fixed this house up and have enjoyed it for a couple of years now.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Boating, jet skiing and fishing in the summer. World class fishing in the winter. When the San Bernard river is right, there is no better place to fish on earth. Limited out on Specks right off my own pier a dozen times this winter.
