Beach-side, second-story condo on the Gulf of Mexico offers a great view of the gulf and the pool. Enjoy watching dolphins as they pass by and during the winter months enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the warmth and comfort of the condo.
The kitchen is up-to-date with granite countertops great appliances and every utensil you might need to cook a wonderful meal. It is very open and offers views of the gulf. The kitchen looks into the living room so you can cook, converse and enjoy the beautiful view all at once! There is a flat screen TV in the living room for you to enjoy. Sit back and relax in the den that offers comfortable seating during the day and private sleeping during the evening if a third sleeping area is needed. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with a beautifully tiled master shower, flat screen TV, walk in closet and a king sized bed. This room also has direct access to the lanai and an ocean view to wake up to. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with a desk and a flat screen television.
We are on the north end of Longboat key so our beach is nice and quiet.
There are tennis courts across the street owned by Cedars West and available for your enjoyment.
Longboat Key has 10 miles of biking trails and there is a bike shop across the street where you can rent bikes for any period of time that you wish.
There is a boat rental within a half mile from the condo if you enjoy boating and are in the mood to rent a boat. You can stroll the inner coastal or if the mood really strikes you, take a trip out into the gulf.
The trolley stops outside of Cedars West so if you decide you want to visit St Armands or Bradenton beach and you do not wish to bike or drive, you can pick up the trolley and take it to either place.
This unit has been decorated with the sea coast in mind and the color schemes reflect the beautiful ocean that is your back yard.

- Nearby attractions can be found at historic Bradenton beach to the north and St. Armand's Circle to the south. Both offer great shopping and dinning. The Mote Marine Aquarium is on your way to Sarasota where you can find the Ringling Museum of Art and Design. We are located right next to John Durante Park which is a great natural park that can be used for hiking or biking. We are located within walking distance of some of the finest dinning in the area.

Beautiful Ocean View Condo on Longboat Key
Why the Owner Chose Cedars West
We purchased on Longboat Key because we love the Gulf of Mexico and the Sarasota area but really liked the quietness of the north end of Longboat Key and Bradenton Beach. This gave us the best of both worlds.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is truly our home. We can get away from it all but still have the ability to be "connected" to home. We rennovated this and decorated it with the vision that it would be our beach getaway. We enjoy Bradenton Beach for its quaintness and St Armands for its shopping and restaurants. Sarasota always offers wonderful attractions and venues as well as great restaurants. With all that being said, we have three wonderful restaurants within walking distance that we frequent often. When we don't wish to eat out, we love to cook so our kitchen is very fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The pool is heated and the beach is quiet so we definitely enjoy our water time and our walks on the beach. There are miles and miles of biking trails which we also enjoy, including the Joan Durante park which is just a short walk. It is truly our getaway and we want our guests to feel the same way.
